I booked an overnight boarding trial prior to a longer out-of-town trip and after two daycare visits with Cassandra. I was surprised to learn that she actually lives with her boyfriend, who complained about my dog’s barking and was concerned about noise complaints from apartment neighbors. Unfortunately, it was never explained to me that someone else was present in the home and my dog is fearful of men, so we never should have booked it. It’s likely that my senior rescue was panicking through the night but I don’t know due to the lack of communication. I recommend making this information more transparent in the Rover profile for future clients. Additionally, my dogs only received one walk in the overnight stay and when I picked them up the next morning, it was clear they had not been relieved. We mutually agreed that it wasn’t a good fit but this could have been prevented with better communication.
Cassandra was very nice but ultimately not a great fit for our dogs. I was very surprised to learn after a one-night boarding trial that she lives with her boyfriend, which was not disclosed in her Rover profile or through messaging. My senior dog is fearful of men and returned home extremely anxious. She shared that he had barked a lot through the evening and the boyfriend wasn’t pleased, which I would have avoided with more transparency. Additionally, the dogs had one walk throughout the night and at morning pick-up, it was clear that they had not been relieved that morning. We had done a few short trial daycare sessions before the overnight, which were fine yet lacked much communication.
Cassandra was terrific with our dogs, who came home in the best of spirits. She was calm, patient, and understanding, taking her time with their shy personalities. We look forward to working with her again!

Cassandra did a great job walking my 2 dogs. She was on time and very reliable. I would for sure book her again for dog walking.

Schedule
I am available every weekend for sitting at all hours. During the week I work from home full time between 9-6pm. I can offer bathroom breaks as needed.

I am very cautious while walking dogs and monitoring play time. I take care to avoid getting too close to other dogs on walks and keep a very close watch on the animal behavior during playtime and in the dog park.
