She made a great effort to get to know him and his needs prior to her stay at the house and even came by to meet him and play with him. We felt 100% comfortable and confident in leaving our dog and home in her care. We got home and everything was left as we found it! Very good communication and sent lots of fun pictures of our pup!”

I always worry about my little pup who is very shy and attached to my wife and me, and has a hard time warming up to other people. She was shy and probably confused at first, since this was only the second time we left her for the weekend, but she clearly warmed up to Julie after the first day. Julie was great about promptly responding to our messages asking how things were going, and sending pictures and videos. She kept our house very clean and even took out the trash and washed our bedding before we got home. I would definitely hire her again!”

“Wow. Wow, wow, wow! Sophia is the dog-sitter we never knew could exist. She came to our house to meet us and our dogs before we agreed to work through Rover and was so thoughtful, energetic, and curious about how we wanted her to be with our dogs and treat our home. We made her a nine-page house and dog-sitting guide and she followed every instruction to a T. She clearly enjoyed interacting with our dogs and we could tell from her daily updates that they were getting all the love, attention, and exercise they deserved. We even had a contractor start work on a back patio revamp while we were gone and she rolled with the punches. No access to the back yard anymore? No problem for Sophia – she'll just shift into walking with the dogs more, even in the hot summer time. The real bonus is she is a really good human. She has a wonderful heart to go along with her depth of knowledge of and care for dogs.”
