About: *Please note, I live in a condo building. If your dog tends to bark, I am not a good fit. They also must be potty trained. Since joining Rover I have cared for cats, large dogs, old dogs and small dogs. I myself have had dogs my whole life. Growing up, we had four of them! I love to run and be active and I live right by the lake. Don’t let that fool you though - we certainly have our lazy days. I have an 8 year old hound mix, Ella. She keeps me busy but is also very cuddly and lazy. I have never had a problem between her and another pet. Besides her, I only watch one Rover dog or cat at a time. If I am doing a home stay, I request that I bring her with so I don’t have to run back and forth. I go into the office two days a week from roughly 9 am - 4 pm. All other days I am working from home. On the weekends, I can let you know my plans if I might be away for a few hours. I live in a one bedroom condo, so if I go away I usually put one animal in my bedroom and my dog in my living room. I also have a cage, but if you have one you prefer to bring, I will of course take it!

“Breanna did a meet and greet and truly listened to my reactive dog’s needs. She spent time not expecting her to be a normal dog that would immediately express affection. She listened to me and allowed my reactive, abused dog to come to her. After interviewing about 6 people that opted out (understandably) due to my dog’s reactivity - she showed up and bonded to the point of Keena cuddling and kissing with her! She also handles meds with my 17 year old kitty. Amazing! Great communication - made me being away feel safe for them.”

“Rose is the first cat sitter I’ve ever had and boy did she set the bar high! She spent 5 days taking care of my sweet and chatty old man kitty, and he absolutely loved her. He can be a little shy but he warmed up to her right away, she was even able to give him his ear meds with no issues. Rose showed up on time with a toy wand for Mort to play with, she kept him cozy, well-fed, played with and loved while I was out of town with family. She sent me lots of pics, which I loved! And she left me a little gift card and some other things for the holidays which was so sweet. I was nervous leaving Morty at home with someone else for a week for the first time but Rose made us both feel comfy and safe. I would strongly recommend her to look after your cats! She’s a real cat whisperer!”
