“Penny was absolutely AMAZING and we are so very thankful for her help watching our babies (2 dachshunds). If you know anything about a dachshund, they are loving, needy and can be barky and particular about new friends. We had previously never left our dogs with anyone other than family, but needed to find a sitter while we were away for our wedding for a week with family. Penny blew it out of the park from the moment we did our meet and greet. She has such a warm and calm presence that our dogs instantly became comfortable around (which is no small feat when you’re meeting a dachshund!). She gave us twice daily updates while we were away with plenty of pictures that we were so happy to see. It was clear through her messages that our pups were getting plenty of love and engagement. We were quite worried about our finicky pups and Penny eased those worries and went above and beyond. Lydia was great, took our request last minute and was really easy to work with in coming to see the house and meet the pets. Olga and Natalia were a great team taking care of our cat and home for two days. They were great communicators, left the house perfectly clean, and sent a steady stream of photos while we were away. Our kitty is shy, so it's a great sign that she was very friendly right away and was curious and present throughout the visit. Our doggies were lazy and calm when we came home — that’s a huge compliment for a dog sitter. Brandon is a lovely houseguest. Not even our cat had a complaint. (Brandon is one of the few visitors with whom our cat has a special relationship.) Our flight home was canceled, and Brandon rolled with the punches to stay an extra day. Whew! His flexibility made a stressful travel situation a bit less stressful. Thank you, Brandon!
We are happy repeat clients of Iuliia. She does a great job taking care of our two dogs, including our small 16-year-old dog with a complicated medication routine. All three pets seemed relaxed and hapoy when we got home and the house was spotless. She's great.
Rachel took such phenomenal care of Kody. She sent regular updates and pics which helped us know he was in great hands and she kept Kody booked and busy, which helps tire him out so he's less worried about our absence. Rachel was a wonderful sitter who I'd absolutely book again!
Hallie was great; she was very flexible with the booking when I needed to make adjustments because our foster puppy was adopted right before she came to stay. She was very communicative and sent pictures and responded to me quickly. She even had painted a picture of our girl as a little gift! ☺️
