With five years in customer service experience work as an Account Manager, for a premiere maid service in the east metro, my biggest professional focus is providing a warm and friendly, consistent and careful experience to all of my customers, tailored to the needs of their families and home - but especially their pets! Treating the furry members of the family with the utmost care is something my team and I pride ourselves in, and my passion around this comes from a lifelong passion for animals. I grew up in a neighborhood in a smaller city in North Dakota, and I was the dependable babysitter and pet sitter. Sitting was my first job, and has followed me through out my life. With a widespread chosen family unit in the twin cities, I have been sitting consistently with a wide range of experience in care for every sort of friend from furry to scaled. I pride myself in loving every animal as if it was my own, and caring for them in a way that is at their level and speed and makes them fully comfortable. My care does not just stop at feeding and bathrooms breaks/clean up, I help maintain their space by cleaning up accidents and messes, tidying toys, giving awesome play time sessions, and talking with them to make them comfortable. I have even been caught signing and dancing with/for my furry friends! Having cared for a wide range of special needs pets from elderly, to bottle babies, to blind and deaf, to everyone in between! If I have not administered a specific medicine or snot already, I have likely given something similar and I am a fast and careful learner. I am a vegan of 12 years, and someone who deeply cares for humans and animals alike, I am ready to treat you animals and home as if they were my own. I am a work from home professional with an easy to walk away from job. The animals and their needs come first, and I am able to give my all and as much time to them as they need. Nap time is for working :) I am a trusted professional, working and in an industry in which h I must train and coach others to give their all in caring for others homes. About: Animals and pet care have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember—I grew up in a household with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, and even the occasional foster pet. I am currently working full time so I’m not at home from 8-4, but have plenty of time before and after to care for and play with your animals! I also have 2 roommates so it’s unlikely your pet will ever be home alone. My top priorities are always safety, consistency, and making sure your pet feels comfortable, loved, and secure while you're away. I take time to learn each animal's routine—including feeding schedule, potty breaks, exercise needs, and any special care instructions—so I can keep things as normal and stress-free as possible. In my home, pets have a calm, cozy space with access to soft beds, enrichment toys, and an outdoor area for breaks and play. I keep things clean and quiet, and I never leave animals unsupervised for long periods. In a client’s home, I’m respectful, clean, and follow all instructions carefully. I make sure pets get the same level of attention, play, and structure they’re used to—whether that means daily walks, snuggles on the couch, or simply a consistent feeding routine. I also send regular updates and photos so you feel confident that your pet is safe and happy.
