“Karina did a great job watching my senior cat who is on two different medications, and the house also looked great when I returned. Would definitely use her again!”
“Iuliia was great! Our two dogs were completely comfortable within moments of meeting her. They were very well looked after and I was able to enjoy my weekend away knowing they were having a great time!”

“Brandon was amazing watching our 3 doggos for the weekend! He was communicative and sent photos each day. He even made sure our dudes had fun in the sun and got their pool out. Could not recommend enough!”

“Sabrina stayed at our house for a long weekend to take care of our three large dogs. She followed all of our instructions and made sure our dogs were happy and safe while we were gone. We loved getting pics and updates to know that everyone was doing well. It was so nice coming home to a clean house and happy dogs ? Thanks Sabrina!”

“Tatiana took great care of our Golden Retriever Max while we were away on vacation. She was great about sending updates and pictures. We could see how happy our dog was. She brought her dog Barbossa (we said that was ok) and our dog Max had fun with having a playmate for the week. We recommend Tatiana to watch your dog. She is wonderful. She cared about making sure he was well taken care of which made us relax on vacation.”

About: I've grown up with both cats and dogs (and hamsters, gerbils, fish, and parakeets too). My dad was a zoologist major in college and his love of animals definitely passed down to me. I love making sure pets are feeling safe, loved, and lets be honest, a bit spoiled (within reason of course). I currently work at an indoor dog park called Saint Bark. I get the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of dog breeds of all sizes. I love learning the behaviors of each dog and how they play with the other dogs and also people. I'm a freelance artist so I have plenty of day-time or evening flexibility to come in and check on your pets! I'm looking forward to connecting with you! Safety of your pets is my number one priority! I want to make sure that if you have any special instructions for your furry family members that I will be honoring them.
“Wonderful communication and took great care of our dog and cat. They loved her and we are so grateful to have been able to be away with all so well taken care of. Thank you!”
“Hallie is communicative, responsible and kind. And very importantly, our doggie had a wonderful time with her. We were able to have a fun time on our weekend out of town with no concerns about our pup, which is such an incredible relief. Thanks, Hallie!”

“Marykay is my favorite cat sitter. She is kind to my cats, to me, and she leaves the house better than I left it. She's that rare type of genuine person. I don't worry at all when I leave my house and cats to her.”

“Shykala did a great job with our dog! He had some nervousness being with a new person and she handled things really well and took good care of him.”

“Claire was friendly, on time and attended to our dog's needs. Cameron was well taken care of while we were out to dinner with friends. We can recommend Claire and will use her again.”

“Olivia is a gem. She stepped in to pinch-hit after a non-Rover sitter had to leave early, and dealt with a messy house (teen sitter left quite a disaster in his wake!), untended critters, an uncertain ETA, and an unexpected medical situation with grace and care. 10 out of 10. Would recommend. Definitely hitting her up the next time I have to be away.”

“Tina was absolutely amazing! I loved the text updates and pictures she sent every morning. She did a great job with everything. My anxious dog was so well cared for, cats were, well, cats, and the house was clean and well-kept when I got home. Thanks Tina! I’ll be sure to be in contact the next time I need a sitter!”

“Danish had a wonderful time with Samantha! I got daily updates on their time together. Samantha is responsive, easy going, and great to work with. We are definitely going to book with Samantha again!”

“Haley was absolutely incredible with Gypsy (11 yr old anxious reacue dog) and Raya (5 yr old Ragamuffin attention magnet). From the very first complimentary meet and greet, I could tell she was professional and genuinely invested. She came prepared, took detailed notes, asked for emergency contacts, confirmed which vet to use in case of emergency, and made sure she had exact medication dosages. She even asked about each dog’s specific quirks so she could support them in the way they’re used to. That level of thoroughness meant everything to me. Communication during the stay was wonderful. She sent regular photo updates and kept me posted on how they were doing, which gave me total peace of mind. She treated my home with so much care, and I came back to a house that was cleaner than when I left it. She even left the sweetest little coaster as a gift that I found after she left. It said “Sweet Kitten,” and it was such a thoughtful, personal touch. For context, I am a very cautious pet parent, and Gypsy is extremely anxious when separated from me. This was the first time I have ever left them with anyone outside of family, so I was understandably nervous. Haley handled it beautifully. Gypsy was calm, comfortable, and clearly felt safe. I did not worry once all weekend. I truly knew they were in loving, capable hands. Haley is sweet, responsible, attentive, and a joy to work with. And, for those that perhaps run a little late, Haley was able to be flexible with my arrival back home as well. I will ABSOLUTELY be booking her again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any pet parent, especially those with anxious pups who need extra care and sensitivity.”

Lynnhurst pet parents share their Rover experiences
Madeline was great with our new rescue pup! We got detailed updates and photos each day, and felt so comfortable knowing she was taking care to follow our usual routine, especially since our dog is still getting settled. She even shoveled and let us know when there was some storm debris in the yard. Will definitely hire Madeline again!

We hired Carolyn for 3 nights of dog sitting/house sitting. She was very thorough during the meet & greet - asked good questions and took lots of notes. We got multiple updates and cute photos throughout the stay. She spent good quality time with the 2 dogs and got them a new toy they love! Highly recommend, would hire again. Thank you!
It was perfect, what else can I say?! Eden was really enthusiastic about house-sitting for my 2 French bulldogs — lots of great updates and photos, and she kept my house in perfect order for when I returned (and I can be quite particular!). Her dog Pretzel was a perfect buddy for my dogs too. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND — thank you so much, Eden!

I felt so at ease during my first real vacation in 3 years…also the first time ever leaving both my pups at home with someone other than a family member. Tina did a great job watching them and my home while I was away, even with my elderly pug’s demanding medication schedule. They were rather calm when I got home! I will have no hesitation rebooking with Tina in the future and I definitely recommend her.

Since this was the first time we hired a sitter, we weren't sure what to expect. Michael did a great job. He was very attentive to our pup Winnie. He was patient so that Winnie got comfortable with him and they took walks together. Michael frequently communicated with us when we were out-of-town and coordinated very well with our relatives that were also enlisted to take care of our pets. Michael was a very calm influence and was easy to work with. We'd hire him again for our next out-of-town trip.
James was incredibly caring and responsible. We have a female dog on hospice- she is dying from cancer. She was also in heat during his stay- and he did not mind either of those problems. He gave her meds and made sure she ate (even though she did not want to). He communicated well. I am sure he would have been a superb caregiver if her time to pass would had come while we were away. He stayed at our house, leaving everything clean and tidy. Recommend.

Gabrielle was great! Our meet & greet and her communication before our trip, as well as during our trip, left us feeling confident about her care for Ruby. She left our house clean and orderly, it was like we had just left. We would definitely ask Gabrielle to care for Ruby again!

Corey stayed at our house and watched our 2 doggos, Ace & Sophie (both German shepherds) for 2 total weeks while we were out of the country. He took excellent care of our dogs and sent multiple updates a day - it was a true relief to not have to worry about them at all while we were gone. I would recommend him again 1000% for anyone looking for a dog sitter!

Madeleine was a wonderful sitter! She sent us frequent updates and pictures, and our dog got daily walks and lots of attention. The house was in great shape when we got home, and she even shoveled when we got a few inches of snow. We would absolutely have her sit for us again, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great sitter!
