“This was our first time using rover or a dogsitter at all, and Rachel was great. Very communicative and flexible, and definitely knows how to handle dogs. Our dog is nervous having new people in our house (polices people out of fear), so she came over a couple times in advance to spend some time with him before we went away for three nights, and we walked through some strategies for working with him. When we came home today it was obvious that Rachel is now our dog's new best friend! So glad to have a dogsitter now, so we can finally make some plans that don't involve the dog! Will definitely book with Rachel again.”

“Noel and Nathan just completed their first two house and petsitting stays for us, and we couldn't be happier. We arranged a "meet and greet" before the first stay so they could come to the house, meet my dog and cat, and walk through the location of everything. They're kind, prompt, courteous, neat and polite. They followed the checklist I left for them both stays. They sent photos and updates. Most importantly, the animals were happy and relaxed when we got home and the house was immaculate. I also accidentally left some valuables in plain sight and nothing was touched. “We've used quite a few dog sitters from Rover whenever we go on vacation & honestly, Irving has been the best we've found. Very consistent communication as well as very skilled in dealing with our special needs pup. Our dog, Blue, is deaf & can be a handful when being walked by people he's not familiar with. During our orientation, Irving displayed his extensive experience in dealing with handling & training dogs. We felt very comfortable leaving Blue in his care & it gave us the ability to really enjoy our trip without being worried about Irving having issues handling Blue. He sent pics & updates everyday, assuring us that everything was going well & let us know if he had any questions or needed anything. He even came back to our house to give Blue an extra walk after our flight home was delayed. Would definitely recommend!”
