“Penny was absolutely AMAZING and we are so very thankful for her help watching our babies (2 dachshunds). If you know anything about a dachshund, they are loving, needy and can be barky and particular about new friends. We had previously never left our dogs with anyone other than family, but needed to find a sitter while we were away for our wedding for a week with family. Penny blew it out of the park from the moment we did our meet and greet. She has such a warm and calm presence that our dogs instantly became comfortable around (which is no small feat when you’re meeting a dachshund!). She gave us twice daily updates while we were away with plenty of pictures that we were so happy to see. It was clear through her messages that our pups were getting plenty of love and engagement. We were quite worried about our finicky pups and Penny eased those worries and went above and beyond. Savannah housesat for our senior kitty recently and was a real gem to work with! She was patient and kind and asked specific questions about care beforehand. When we had an unexpected house issue just before her stay, Savannah was understanding and flexible as we sorted it out. We received plenty of updates and photos while we were away, and felt assured that our kitty was in good hands. We would absolutely rebook with Savannah in the future!
Lucy was fantastic for us. She communicated well with us before and during the stay. She seemed to follow the directions we gave her extremely well and asked questions about stuff and kept notes for herself too so she could make sure everything was followed. When we got home, the house was as clean, if not cleaner, than when we left it. We were extremely happy with her and the booking.
Launa is an incredible pet sitter. She was very communicative and noticed that one of our cats was not feeling well and acted quickly to make sure that he was alright, and filled us in on any important details. It was a stressful situation, but knowing that our pets were in good hands made a huge difference.
Cassidy was great with my Chihuahua pup. Chip requires some patience, and Cassidy did great. She also sent picture updates since we were missing Chip a lot. :) She stayed at our house, left it very clean, walked Chip daily, and gave him his allergy drops. Chip is our baby so I appreciated the attention she provided!
