Abadie slept on her favorite blanket on the foot of Rachel’s bed all night long. After three days of bliss with Rachel, Abadie hid under the bed when I had the truck packed. We got daily updates on how she was doing and I really felt that she was in good hands! It was very easy and fast to communicate with Barbara as well, before the booking and during her stay. I would highly recommend Amanda and Adam for dog care. Amanda is an excellent communicator! She sent me photos and notes a couple of times a day, which assured me Coconut was having a good time and being well cared for. Coco played a lot with their smaller dog, Donut and did fine with their older dog, Scout (who wasn't too interested in playtime with Coco ;) Their home is spacious and well laid out for dogs to have room to chill or play, as well as a backyard to hang out. I will definitely use their caring services again!
Filbert had a great time with Stacy! Filbert loved playing with Bruce and enjoyed walking (and also mostly sitting stubbornly) with Stacy! I was nervous because sometimes Filbert can be reactive on a leash, but Stacy has quite a bit of experience with big dogs and potential barking at other four-leggeds. Not only did she not have a problem, but I was relieved, and it helped me enjoy our trip! Filbert was nervous when he first arrived, and Stacy took time to check in with me and was patient with Filbert while he warmed up. It was Filbert's first time away from us without his sister (who passed recently), and having Bruce and other buddies there to play with was really good for him! I also noted that when he got home, he was relaxed and tired, which is how I know he had a great time! We would highly recommend Stacy!
Ruby was great! She took care to ensure Jamba felt right at home. I especially appreciated the accommodation to do a meet and greet in advance so that Jamba felt more comfortable when I left him. I was able to relax and enjoy my weekend knowing Jamba was in good hands!
