As a retired logistics manager and former 12-year Navy medic, I understand how important it is to give your much-loved pet the individual experience it needs. I am a lifelong lover of dogs, keeper of schedules and manager of fun for your pooch. We offer Boarding as well as Training in our So. Minneapolis home that we share with our pup Jade. We have both owned rescue dogs and are experienced with all sizes of dogs including larger dogs. Sorry no pets under 2 years of age. New for 2024! We are no longer accepting pups under 2 years old and also new client pups over 70lbs! Please be aware we are no longer doing indoor meet and greets, there are daily updated photos showing inside, thank you for understanding. Accommodations - Lots of love and attention from Doc & Heather - Dogs are not left unattended (Unless prearranged) - If you allow, access and cuddling on furniture - Oral Medication administration included, and if necessary, Intramuscular injection meds for and additional fee. - Play time, nap time, one-on-one time *We are less than 6 miles away from the airport, and we will accommodate drop-offs and pick-ups between the hours of 7am - 7:30pm. *For the safety of your dog(s) and ours, please make sure your dog is UP TO DATE on all of their vet visits and shots. Our overnight boarding charge covers a 24 hour period, per Rover guidelines, which also covers your pets Premium Insurance/Veterinary care. Checkout time is 24 hours from drop off, as we do not get compensated for the day your pet checks out. We completely understand travel issues can arise and are more than happy to arrange a later pick up time to accommodate your travel needs, but for pickups after your pets scheduled pickup time a charge for every 2 hours up to 8 hours for daycare will be added, or if applicable additional overnight boarding is needed! Holiday weekends are a minimum 3 night stay. I am home all day, your pup will receive a lot of supervision, care and play during their visit with us. Our home is dog-proofed as much as is humanly possible. We can easily crate your dog, if and when necessary. Please share any "bad habits" your dog may have (counter-surfing, food or resource aggression, etc.) You can see pictures of the inside of our home on our profile.
