We had a nice meet n' greet a few days in advance, and David was so thoughtful in how he introduced Kosmo to his dogs and made her feel comfortable. When we dropped her off two days later she was already excited to be there. While we were away, they sent daily updates with fun videos of her playing. And they were extremely accommodating and understanding when my return flight got delayed. David and Nicole clearly love dogs - we recommend them highly!”
