About: I set the intention of pet care to being a friend to your pet and partner to you. I respect boundaries and priorities as needed. I currently work flexible hours throughout the week based off clientele. This would be an addition to my job as some days I have the entire day off or atleast half of it. Your pet always comes first. I take care of others pets like I’d expect a stranger to walk in and take care of mine. I want to leave with the intention that if I were to come back, your pet would open the door.

About: I've cared for over 15 different dog breeds since I was 10 years old, from high energy hunting dogs to cozy lap snugglers. Friends and family have trusted me with their beloved pets for years. With 8 years in animal welfare, I understand behavior and emotions, including noise fears, nervousness with new people, leash reactivity, shy/timid, resource guarding, seniors, puppies, and special needs pets. I also care for cats of all personalities independent explorers, playful toy lovers, and devoted snugglers. My goal is to give your pet a safe, loving, stress free home where they feel truly cared for while you're away. Each dog in my care receives personalized attention and love. For daycare and boarding, I limit to two dogs at a time to ensure quality care while they are in a new environment. When house sitting in your home, I can happily care for up to four dogs, keeping everyone safe, comfortable, and happy in their own home. I’m happy to provide photo updates, and our home is fully prepared for play, rest, and supervision. I’m home during the day, which allows me to provide pets with consistent attention, companionship, and enrichment. Every pet in my care enjoys a healthy balance of play, mental stimulation, walks, and quiet time to rest and recharge. Evenings are cozy and relaxed, filled with gentle supervision and snuggles, so pets feel safe, happy, and loved from morning to night. I have a fully fenced yard with secure gate locks to keep pets safe, and I’m happy to make adjustments using leads or harnesses for curious or adventurous pups. I also maintain an up-to-date list of urgent care and emergency veterinary clinics throughout the metro area for added peace of mind. Potential clients are always welcome to schedule a video home tour to see the setup and environment their pet would be in. My home allows for kenneling if needed, and I can provide large and extra large crates. I also offer separate spaces for feeding time and am located near several nearby parks for walks. For cats, I can provide a quiet, separate space if they need time to decompress. In addition to care in my home, I also offer house sitting so pets can remain comfortable in their own environment and routines. I’m located about 15 minutes from MSP Airport, which many traveling pet parents find convenient for drop-off and pick-up. Street parking is available in the area, and rideshares to the airport are typically around $20.

About: Hi! I’m Noah and I have 15 years of experience with all sorts of dogs. I grew up with dogs of all sizes, from Great Danes to miniature dachshunds. My favorite part of being around dogs is playing with them, seeing their happy faces, and getting to experience nature with them. While I’ve never had a cat to call my own, I have played with and taken care of many cats over the years! Aimee took great care of Tumnus on his first day of doggie day care! He's a nervous boy with new things and she managed his stress and gave me good updates through the day. I think he recognized her from a house sitting she had done previously and was comfortable with her which helps enormously.

We don't typically have the privilege of visiting the same sitter twice, because we move so often. However, this was Cam and Morgan's second stay at Lydia's, and they were well cared for like the previous time. Grateful to her for keeping them on short notice while we attended a Twins game.

Anna was wonderful. She looked after our Vizsla for a day whilst we attended a wedding in Minneapolis. As out of towners, she really helped us out by occupying Red and entertaining him for the day! Samantha was so kind and knowledgeable. My dog was anxious and she did a great job calming him down and making him feel at home. She was so welcoming and very professional. You can tell how much she loves dogs and is a great option if you need someone to watch your pet. I would highly recommend her.
