Hi! I’m a grad student at UMN who absolutely loves animals. In college, I volunteered weekly at the Humane Society taking care of cats who had special medical needs and taking dogs on walks. Additionally, I worked as a veterinary surgical assistant helping to care for both cats and dogs as they underwent a variety of procedures. So, I’m very comfortable with all kinds of personalities, needs and ages! I love spending time being active outdoors - whether it’s long walks, runs, hikes, or rollerblading! I also have a cozy couch that is perfect for snuggling up with furry friends and reading or watching a movie. I’ll treat your pet with lots care and make sure they feel loved and safe while you’re gone.

I have a large studio apartment with lots of windows. My apartment has a big rooftop dog run where your pup will be able to play and go potty! There are also lots of walking paths nearby where I will be able to take them on walks.

Samantha was so kind and knowledgeable. My dog was anxious and she did a great job calming him down and making him feel at home. She was so welcoming and very professional. You can tell how much she loves dogs and is a great option if you need someone to watch your pet. I would highly recommend her.
Samantha watched my cat Augustus when I went out of town. She went above and beyond giving my cat extra attention and treats. She sent me so many photos and was fantastic at communicating updates. You can really rely on her to provide the best possible care to your pets. She is on time and professional. I feel secure leaving my cat in her care knowing I won’t have to worry about my pets safety while I’m gone. I will be booking again!

Samantha is a true natural when it comes to loving and caring for animals. Her care and love really shines through in every interaction that she has with all animals and her pet-sitting is no exception. With my pets, she has always gone the extra mile, whether that is dedicated play time, providing mental stimulation, or giving them that extra bit of attention that makes me feel better as a pet parent while I am away! She is extremely thoughtful and responsible. She will make a great caretaker for any pet and I am confident that any pet owner would be lucky to have her!

Schedule
I am a dental student with a flexible weekend schedule, so I am regularly available all day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. My schedule varies, but I often have a couple of days during the week where I study from home, so I will have lots of time to spend with your furry friend!
