I work remotely full-time, which allows me to provide attentive, flexible care during the day. My house sitting rates reflect that I’ll be present for the majority of the day, only stepping out for a maximum of 6 hours if needed (usually I try not to exceed 4 hours but I am flexible with the needs of your pet). Because I’m home-based, I’m able to check in on your pet multiple times throughout the day—whether that’s for meals, cuddles, or just making sure they’re feeling cozy and content while I work. I also love taking breaks to get outside for walks, playtime, and sunshine.

If needed, I can crate your dog during important work calls or quiet moments, ensuring they feel secure. My rates reflect the attentive care I provide—not just for your pet, but for your home as well. I’ll tidy up before I leave, take out the trash, and bring in mail or packages so everything feels cared for in your absence. When boarding dogs in my own home, they are allowed on any furniture and any sleeping arrangement is fine with me. All toys/food/treats/equipment must be provided by the owner.

Please share any special needs or quirks—especially if they’re shy, have food sensitivities, leash reactivity, or other behaviors that require extra care. I’m generally hands-on and affectionate with pets, but I’m happy to adjust my approach if your dog prefers more space or a quieter presence. I also love learning the commands your pet knows! It helps me reinforce their training, reward them with treats, and keep them mentally engaged throughout our time together.
A typical day
I will spend time with your dog however you/they prefer it! Whether they love short strolls or long adventures, I’m happy to get outside for walks and potty breaks that fit their routine. I’ll keep them engaged with treat-filled Kongs, favorite toys, and plenty of playtime—fetch, tug-of-war, or just playing around in the yard. If they’re up for it, I love teaching new tricks too!

Hi there! I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 8 years of casual pet sitting experience and two years on Rover. Whatever the booking, I’m committed to making dogs feel safe, loved, and entertained throughout the day. I enjoy brushing, walking, playing fetch, and curling up for cozy cuddles. My family’s dog, Peanut, is a big fan of pup cups and dog park adventures and I love taking him to do his favorite things. I have experience caring for senior dogs and always approach their needs with extra patience and attentiveness. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and following any special instructions to ensure your pet’s comfort and well-being.

Aimee was fantastic. She was patient with my dog who has some special needs, and administered eye cream. She is an excellent communicator.
Aimee was patient with our dog who sometimes is a bit unsure of new people and also handled some challenging walking conditions without complaint. Appreciate her care of our pup while we were out of town!
Aimee took great care of Tumnus on his first day of doggie day care! He's a nervous boy with new things and she managed his stress and gave me good updates through the day. I think he recognized her from a house sitting she had done previously and was comfortable with her which helps enormously.
