Safety, trust & environment
I currently do not offer sitting in my own home, but I am happy to come watch your pets in your home! I will make sure to treat your home just like you treat it, and I can attend to any needs such as getting mail or taking the trash out. As a pet owner myself, I know how scary it can be to leave your pet behind, especially with someone new. I can meet you and your pet beforehand to ensure it's a good fit for everyone, and I provide frequent updates while you're away.
Information Rachel R. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs or unique behaviors, what their typical energy level is, and what their most used commands are. It will be helpful to know if your dog is reactive on walks or with certain triggers in the house.
A typical day
I try to fit into your dogs routine as much as I can. I often start mornings with food then a walk, potty breaks as needed, then a walk or playtime at lunch. In the afternoons and evenings I will usually take them on another longer walk after dinner and then usually some playtime or cuddle time. If your dog is a couch potato I am happy to adjust my schedule to their needs, while still giving them plenty of attention.

Your pet's happiness is my priority
Pet care experience
I'm a passionate pet lover dedicated to providing the best care for your furry family members. I have lived with dogs since 5 years old. I have experience with senior dogs and their unique health needs, as well as experience with puppies that may have specific training needs. Although I have never owned my own cat, I adore them and have about 6 years of experience as a cat sitter. Your pet's well-being and happiness are my top priorities!
Reviews

Rachel is so good with our dog when she house sits for us. She goes above and beyond with dog and house care. Phoebe is very happy and the house is immaculate.
Rachel was very responsive and great with our dogs. She provided daily updates while we were gone for almost two weeks. In addition to watching the dogs, she took good care of our home. Highly recommended.

Thank you Rachel! The animals were happy and the house looked great! Thank you!

Rachel did a fantastic job with Harley for the 5 days she watched him while staying at our house. Took him for daily walks and kept us updated with numerous pics of their time together. Would highly recommend her and look to use her again u the future.
