“Brian was great! He was very thoughtful and asked important questions when he met our cat, and he went above and beyond just checking in while he was catsitting. He sent photos regularly to show how our cat was doing, and our cat seemed to take an immediate liking to Brian. I would definitely recommend him if you need a catsitter.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and caring for them has always been a natural part of my world. I truly love the companionship, loyalty, and joy that dogs bring. While I’m not quite ready to have a dog of my own yet, I really miss having one around — which is why I love helping care for other people’s pets. It’s meaningful to be able to give dogs the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. I’m comfortable with different personalities and needs, and every dog I look after is treated like they’re my own. I currently work during the day (from home) but I have a pretty flexible schedule. I am available after 10 AM on the weekdays and I have weekend availability as well. I care for every pet as if they were my own, with a big focus on safety, trust, and keeping their routine consistent. Whether I’m in my home or a client’s home, I take the time to understand each dog’s needs, habits, and any special instructions so they feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow their pet’s normal schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. I make sure doors and gates are always secure, keep leashes and harnesses properly fitted, and never let dogs off-leash unless it’s in a fully fenced, approved area. I also keep food, trash, and anything potentially harmful well out of reach. I prioritize calm, positive interactions and use gentle, consistent handling to build trust. I keep owners updated with messages and photos so they always know how their pet is doing. My goal is for every dog to feel safe, cared for, and relaxed while their family is away.
“This was my first booking with Tracy—- the cats were very calm when I returned from the long weekend! She sent several fun pics of them which was really nice! Thanks Tracy!!”

“This was our first time using Rover, and we couldn't be happier with the service! Audrey was fantastic during the stop-in visits for our dogs. She was prompt, professional, and made sure to give us updates after each visit, which was so reassuring.”

“Marit took amazing care of my two cats for nearly a full week. She sent plenty of great photos of them playing together every day and was very easy to communicate with. Top notch care for my pets!”

“Can’t thank Everett enough for the wonderful care of our doodle, Otis! He is a larger dog with high energy and Everett was so understanding and took care of him perfectly. Upon our initial meeting I knew Otis was going to be taken great care of. The daily report cards were my favorite and Everett did an awesome job relaying all the deets of their time spent together. All and all 10/10 would recommend and look forward to booking with you here in the near future. Thank you, K + Otis hugs”

“Sarah was amazing with my four cats! She came and did a meet and greet prior to booking, and everyone warmed up to her immediately, which is rare. With each drop on visit, she wrote up a cute description of how it went and sent a good number of pictures. I could tell she actually spent time with the cats based on her descriptions; she captured their personalities perfectly! I can tell my kitties were perfectly comfortable with her. Sarah also was nice enough to help me with a few last minute things around the house. I will not hesitate to book Sarah for my next vacation!”

About: I've cared for two dogs as I grew up, and look forward to caring for more. I have done many long walks and dog park hiking with my golden doodle, and have also done some training as well. I know how to take care of puppies and adult dogs, but would love to learn how to take care of special needs and senior dogs. Dogs, like mine, are energetic and need lots of exercise, so I am always willing to play or exercise with dogs. Over the summer (June-August), I am free most afternoons and some evenings the whole week. During the school year, (September-May) I am more available during the weekends, but still free during some afternoon/evenings during the week, which I'll update as I get my schedule. At home, I care for my dog by giving him plenty of snuggles, but also getting up and playing with him when he lets me know he wants to play. I am alert and can sense what my dog may need, such as going potty, playing, or eating. When walking/going to the dog park, I watch over my dog at all times, and walk along with him. During walks, I make sure that he is safe to walk and sniff the whole time. At dog parks, I encourage him to meet other dogs and run around while still being present. I notice when my dog gets tired or needs water, and I am prepared by bringing a water bottle.
About: I am always happy to help out with my friends or neighborhood animals. I love all the cuddles and licks when I visit. I even help the lost ones that find their way to our door. I am self-employed and throughout the week go to meetings that can last 90 minutes. I am usually not gone any longer than a total of 6 hours. I am able to set my own schedule, so I can be flexible when housesitting. If I am boarding there is always an adult home to care for a pet. I like to walk, exercise, and play with pets. I go to local dog parks at least 2x/week with my own dogs. I also enjoy the snuggles pets are willing to give. I base my care off of what an owner likes and does, as well as what the pet is open to.

Tanya is a great pet sitter! I was foolish and put the key under the mat and it snowed and froze to the ground! She spent like 20 minutes getting it out to feed my kitties. She leaves the house cleaner than when she arrived and my cats opened up to her right away. Tanya is the best!

Emilie was wonderful during our extended time away (about 2 weeks), caring for our rambunctious cattle dog mix and senior tortoise shell cat. She maintained clear communication throughout, provided updates and photos, and really seemed to help our pets cope with our time away. Notably, this was all during a deep freeze in Minnesota with several days of double digits below zero in a row, which meant our dog wasn't about to go for walks or play in the yard for extended periods. On this front, Emilie did training sessions with our dog to help with some enrichment/indoor activity, which we really appreciate. And amidst this deep freeze there was some shoveling, trickling of water to make sure our pipes didn't freeze or burst etc. All in all a really wonderful and dependable person to turn to if you need someone to watch your pets (and home).

I had Rachel watch my cat while I was gone for 2 weeks and she did great. I could tell that she did everything she could do to take care of my cat. She sent me updates and photos after every session. She even brought in some packages for me. I was very happy with her work.
