They were super reliable, even during a big snowstorm, always sending pics and updates. I had no doubt my kitties were being taken care of, and they made extra effort to try different things to get my scaredy cats comfortable with them. And it worked! They had a lot of fun playing with Jerome and Linda and getting scritches every day. Came home to happy kitties.”
