About: 🐾 I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember, and I started dog sitting for friends, family, and neighbors when I was 10. When I got my own dog at 14, I fell in love with training and taught her over 20 tricks through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships with both pets and owners, and I’ve been lucky to receive referrals from people who trust me with their dogs. I love making sure dogs are not just cared for, but genuinely happy and engaged. Whether that’s walks, playtime, enrichment games, training practice, or just giving them lots of attention and affection, I always try to match each dog’s personality and energy level. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, and I always want them to feel safe, loved, and relaxed while you’re away. I’m a college student currently on summer break, so I have plenty of time throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and giving pets lots of attention. About: I have had many different breeds of dogs including terriers, pinschers, and my current dog Lulu the chihuahua. I am very patient with senior dogs. I have 2 dogs (a chihuahua and a chowchow puppy) and 1 cat. Working on training the puppy currently. My cat has FIV and has health problems from it. I am experienced in handling senior dogs and dogs that may need special attention. My dog is my best friend and not just my pet. I am always gentle and understanding with her. I am always attentive to her needs.

About: I've cared for two dogs as I grew up, and look forward to caring for more. I have done many long walks and dog park hiking with my golden doodle, and have also done some training as well. I know how to take care of puppies and adult dogs, but would love to learn how to take care of special needs and senior dogs. Dogs, like mine, are energetic and need lots of exercise, so I am always willing to play or exercise with dogs. Over the summer (June-August), I am free most afternoons and some evenings the whole week. During the school year, (September-May) I am more available during the weekends, but still free during some afternoon/evenings during the week, which I'll update as I get my schedule. At home, I care for my dog by giving him plenty of snuggles, but also getting up and playing with him when he lets me know he wants to play. I am alert and can sense what my dog may need, such as going potty, playing, or eating. When walking/going to the dog park, I watch over my dog at all times, and walk along with him. During walks, I make sure that he is safe to walk and sniff the whole time. At dog parks, I encourage him to meet other dogs and run around while still being present. I notice when my dog gets tired or needs water, and I am prepared by bringing a water bottle.

About: My family has ALWAYS had large dogs, in addition to cats and other animals. I love walking dogs and playing with them. I know how much personalities vary. I know how to deal with skittish dogs. I work until 2 pm most days and am free after that. I am very flexible outside of this. I have a calendar that will enable me to keep track of all appointments. At this time, I would only be able to take care of animals at the client's home. I will follow instruction to the letter, especially with medications or special diets.

About: I am currently on the pre-veterinary track studying animal science in preparation for vet school.
