We were in such a bind. A family trip we had looked forward to for years. A friend was supposed to watch our animals and our home for the week we were gone but ended up in the hospital. With our departure on the 4th of July, everyone we knew was out of town. We were nervous, having never used Rover for housesitting, and with our departure in less than two days. Anna was a dream. Tori took such good care of our dogs and also house while we were gone on an extended trip. House was nicely tidy and clean when we got back - we arrived late, so it was particularly appreciated to be able to hug happy dogs and go to sleep right away. We will definitely be booking again!

His communication was excellent and prompt, he sent great pics of the pets during our entire trip so I felt confident in their ongoing well-being, and he left the house in amazing shape. He even put up with the fact that our cats have an extremely annoying wake-everyone-up-at-5:00 AM habit ... his patience with our all of our pets' quirks and needs was exceptional.
