Howie sent an update every day with several pictures pictures and a nice message which helped give us peace of mind. As we were leaving, his wife came up to the house and Biscuit was very excited to see her. It was clear Biscuit was well taken care of, given lots of attention, and that Howie had stuck to Biscuit's schedule and all the rules we have at home. This helped ensure Biscuit's transitions were very smooth. Thanks, Howie!”
