Before PA school, I raised a golden retriever from puppyhood to adulthood and handled everything hands-on: crate training, basic commands, daily walks, feeding, grooming, and vet visits, including emergencies. I take him on lots of walks to burn off that energy while keeping an eye on how his leg is holding up. It reminded me how much I’ve missed having a dog around. I can’t own one while I’m in school, so I’d love to give your dog the care I’d give my own. Wow! Stan is such a kind, caring and connected dog person. He is very detail oriented, making sure that he knows all he needs to know about our pup before her stay with him. During the stay, he communicates clearly about how things are going, with photos and videos of our pup having fun with his pup and of her resting at night. Stan is quite safety-conscious, which makes it easier for us to leave our dog with him. His fenced-in back yard is perfect for our dog, who loves to run and play, explore the yard and forest, and relax outside.
