We have been dog sitting for friends for over five years and decided to branch out to Rover! We have a family with four kids who are just waiting to love on your dog. We homeschool so we are home a lot which is perfect to care for your dog! We have a remote setting right in St Paul with a large yard and walking trails right near us. We have cared for puppies and senior dogs. We will host up to 3 dogs, but only from the same family. When you book, your dogs are the only dogs we have at our home. Note: we do have two outside cats.

I am so grateful to have found Julie & Jesse to watch my baby, Chip while I was out of town. I got regular updates with photos and felt comfortable that he was in good hands.
Our pups had a great stay with Julie & Jesse! We could tell from the pictures and their report that they were well taken care of while we were away. They were really responsive and flexible!
Julie was friendly and gave our senior dog so much love during his one-night stay. We appreciated the pictures and notes. We wouldn’t hesitate to bring our dog to Julie and her family again.

Julie & Jess were great! Quick communication and sent pictures and updates throughout stay. Was very nice being able to leave my dog and know she was getting love and attention and a part of their family during the time I was away.
Julie and Jessie and their family were outstanding hosts for my dog Gigi. Communication was great, she sent photos and updates daily, and checked with me with things she wasn’t certain on to prioritize Gigis safety. It was clear to me that they had care for my dogs comfort and happiness while in their care. It was also awesome to have my dog experience a variety of people and company!

Schedule
I am a stay at home mom and we homeschool. So we will be home with your dog a lot!!! We don’t have a dog of our own so when your dog comes our kids are very eager to make friends and love on your dog.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog(s) will be welcomed in to our home. We have a lovely shaded yard that is partially fenced. While at our home your dog to be with us when we are outside, on a long leash, or have a wireless leash system (provided by owner). It works best in our home for your dog to be kenneled at night or when we do have to leave for a bit.
A typical day
There are plenty of fun activities to do here. We have an active household with four children, and we are home most of the day. They are able to provide walks.
