“This was the 3rd (or 4th?) Time we've booked with Nicole. She's always easy to work with, timely, and send lots of pictures. She's always our first choice!”

“Jackson is great with my dog! He listens well to me and is really nice. I'm looking forward to having him take care of my animals on my upcoming vacation. I highly recommend Jackson.”

“Heidi was great!! My dog is an apartment dog now, but he once was a backyard dog. He’s not super used to the whole going on a walk in the city thing, and she did fantastic! He has severe reactivity issues and that wasn’t an issue for her. He went 2 and a half miles (way longer than i’d ever have the time to do) and it’s worth every penny. I will def use her again for future walks!!”

About: I have 18 years of experience taking care of pets including large and small dogs, puppy and senior dogs, birds, cats and fish. I currently take care of 2 dogs in my family, one large and one small, and the large one has special needs. I have experience administering oral medication and subcutaneous injections, and have had many years of reading domestic animal behavior . I have treated dogs and cats abroad at a shelter in Thailand so I have some experience with shy and nervous animals as well. During my visits, I like to focus on mental enrichment and some fun energetic play time! I’m available for In House Sitting (long term and short term), and available generally 9am-6pm each day, depending on your pups needs. I am always willing to be flexible and will try to find the best time that fits your needs! I make sure that your pet’s needs are met while giving them some love and attention while you are away! Walks are my favorite, but I also enjoy chilling on a couch snuggling and watching a show. I will also clean up if any messes are made (as a pet parent I know this all too well).

About: I’m the friend that is eager to see your pup when I come over! My experience with dogs of all sizes varied and I spent most of my high-school and college years taking care of my own dogs and neighbors dogs. The only reason I don’t have a dog now is because I’m apartment living and one day hope to be a dog mom to a large breed! I’m currently work from home Monday - Friday and have mornings 6-7:30am available, 12-1pm , and evenings (after 5pm) open for walks or drop ins! I take pride in understanding your a pets unique personality, their quirks and what makes them happy. By giving your pet undivided attention and belly scratches (and a few treats that you approve of) I can guarantee you’ll come back home to a happy and healthy pup!

“Marianna has been walking our Olive this week (and hopefully for many weeks to come!) and has been wonderful. Even though her first day she could barely get in our door due to a dysfunctional lock and key, she kept trying and because of that Olive got her walk and was much more at ease when we came home from work than she would've been if Marianna had not taken the time and effort to make sure she got in. Our dog has a few weird quirks and requirements, but Marianna had been extremely understanding and accommodating. We will definitely continue to use her as her schedule allows. Thanks Marianna!”

About: I helped raise my dog and my girlfriend’s dogs from puppyhood, and I also care for my 14-year-old dog back home. I’m experienced with both energetic pups and senior pets who need extra love and patience. Currently I am working part-time and that is in the mornings. So have a lot of time on my hands at the moment. Whatever works best for you! I live in an apartment, so lots of walks around the surrounding neighborhood or the little dog park next to me. I live just south of downtown Raleigh.

“Bryn was awesome! We had a last minute request and she was a great communicator, showed up early, and was very helpful and loving to our dog. I really appreciated how easy she made it on us. Will definitely use her again!”

“Corinne came to our rescue, providing excellent care for our dogs on very short notice. One of our dogs is very energetic and he takes a while to warm up to strangers - Corinne gave him the time he needed to warm up to her and she provided the exercise he needed. She sent pictures and was quick to communicate. We would recommend her to others and will use her again. Thanks Corinne!!!!”

About: I've had dogs most of my life. I have experience with chihuahuas, heelers, labs, pit bulls, great danes, and even a wolf-hybrid. I have an Australian heeler now who was fairly reactive when first adopted. Through lots of patience and training, he's learned several tricks and coping mechanisms that help. I live by an excellent park where we go on lots of walks to help get energy out. I am experienced in leash walking and training dogs as well. Feel free to inquire if you have any questions! I work from home as a scientific writer and spend all day with my animals, which they mostly spend napping or going for a walk. I have a fenced in yard as well as two cats and a 4 year old heeler, all of which are friendly and well socialized. I have plenty of toys and a crate if needed.

“Excellent job! booked for an entire month out and never had any issues, provided plenty of updates and photo each walk! I always felt my dog was safe and well cared for while I was at work”

“This is the first time we used Rasheed. He was very communicative before the walk and prompt for the walk. The dogs took to him easily and he was very comfortable with my large dogs. He was accomodating in the manner I requested that the dogs be walked, including in the humid slightly rainy weather. We look forward to booking him again in the future.”

About: I've been around dogs all of my life, including my own and helping out neighbors. I've helped watch dogs from as small as a chihuahua up to a big lab. I am currently studying for my CPA and have a very flexible schedule. I can work around most odd times that would be inconvenient for most people. I can follow whatever routine is normal for your dog whether that means just letting them out in the yard, walking them, letting the dog roam free in the house, or crating them.

About: Current cat mom to calico Maisey, former foster cat mom! Experience fostering with 3 different organizations. I grew up with an energetic springer spaniel named Maggie and love dogs as well. I’ve recently been laid off in April of 2025, so aside from a part-time gig, my schedule is currently very open while I look for a new full time position in my field. I am a very detail-oriented, organized, and respectful person who prioritizes professionalism and cleanliness. If your ideal pet sitter embodies those characteristics, then look no further :)

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and started caring for them when I was just 4 years old, after adopting my dog Deco. Over the years, my family has had dogs, cats, mice, fish, chickens, and bunnies, and I’ve helped care for all of them. I cared for Deco, my lifelong best friend, for 15 wonderful years until his recent passing, and I truly miss the companionship and joy that comes from caring for animals. That’s why I’m signing up for Rover. I want to spend my free time doing what I love most: taking care of animals. I’m currently studying Zoology in college and have volunteered at my local SPCA for the past 7 years. I’ve worked with animals of all ages and needs, including senior pets and those requiring extra patience and care. I also interned at an aquarium, where I helped care for jellyfish, sharks, and otters. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of animal health, enrichment, and daily care routines. What makes me different from other sitters is my strong background in animal science, hands-on experience, and lifelong dedication to animal welfare. I take a gentle and attentive approach with every animal I meet and always focus on making them feel safe, happy, and loved. Animals are not just my passion. They are my life and my future career. I would be honored to care for your pets like they are part of my own family. As a college student with a fairly light course load this semester, I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. Most of my classes are in the mornings or grouped on just a few days a week, which leaves me plenty of time during the day to check on pets, go for walks, or stay for extended visits. I also have most weekends free, which makes me available for weekend care, overnights, or last-minute bookings. I’m very organized and always make pet care a top priority in my routine. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, so it fits naturally into my daily life. I tailor my care to fit each pet’s unique needs and routine whether I’m caring for them in my home or yours. When I stay at the client’s home, I follow all instructions carefully from feeding schedules to exercise and medication. I make sure to keep your pets comfortable and stress free in their own environment. I also provide plenty of attention, playtime, and gentle companionship to help them feel safe and happy. If caring for pets in my home, I create a calm, clean, and secure space with plenty of toys, cozy spots to rest, and regular exercise tailored to each pet’s energy level. I keep a consistent routine to help pets feel comfortable and relaxed. Either way, I prioritize safety, hygiene, and lots of love to ensure your pets get the best care possible.
