About: I am a lifelong animal lover who genuinely enjoys spending time with pets. Caring for animals is something I do because I love it, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I have experience caring for dogs with special medical needs, including Addison’s disease, so I understand the importance of following medication schedules, monitoring behavior, and providing attentive care. I am comfortable caring for pets of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who may need extra patience and attention. I believe every pet deserves plenty of love, exercise, playtime, and affection while their owners are away. I currently work from home in the North Raleigh area, which gives me a great deal of flexibility and allows me to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. Because I have a flexible schedule, I can accommodate walks, potty breaks, feeding schedules, medication needs, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I create a calm, structured environment where pets can feel secure and stick closely to their normal routines, including feeding schedules, medication, walks, and playtime. About: I’ve helped take care of my family dogs for many years. We’ve had dogs my whole life, and currently I’m helping care for our six month old puppy. So, I’ve had experience walking dogs, playing, feeding, taking out for potty breaks, naps, and many more. I’m currently on summer break, so I have plenty of free time to care for your pets! I’m happy to come anytime after 8:00am, and before 10:00 pm. I prefer not to work too late or overnight because I’m just not comfortable with it or driving when it’s really dark. I can’t care for dogs in my home because we currently have a puppy who is only sometimes ok with other dogs, and I live with my parents who won’t want other dogs around. But I’m happy to come over and care for them at your home. I’m comfortable with taking them out in the yard or walking them. And I can also crate them if need be. I’m comfortable with all dog breeds and sizes, unless they are aggressive.

I've been taking care of dogs (and cats) for 10+ years and 10/10 humans rate me as a good sitter. The transition from home to vacation should be simple and enjoyable for your pet, and that is my main goal while caring for them. While you are away, I would love the opportunity to bond with your pet while giving them the love and attention they need. My dream is to have a dog of my own, but it's just not the right time. I love the opportunity Rover provides to love on other's pets! I provide overnight dog sitting services, so I can care for your pet right in their home where they are the most comfortable. Any and all instructions you leave for me will be followed with the uttermost care to keep your fur baby happy! As a law student with a flexible schedule outside of class, I'm available to drop by for visits to take your pup on a walk or provide overnight stays. Your puppy will have company while you're away, ensuring they're well cared for! I love being active and would love the company of your dog while doing so! About: I had a cocker spaniel from 6 weeks old. She passed away just after the age of 12 & was in congestive heart failure at the end, so I am used to dealing with meds and special needs dogs. Also, my schnauzer recently passed. While my heart is heavy and not ready for another for myself, loving on your fur babies is healing for me. We loved going to the dog park & taking walks (when weather permitted) and I am very loving and cuddly with the dogs in my home. I am currently available all day. Please bring your pet with a leash and any special toys, food bowls, and a crate. I do require a meet & greet to make sure everyone is compatible and comfortable in my home. Also please have your dog's nails trimmed and make sure your pet has been bathed prior to their stay. I have a yard that is .25 acres, but the back yard is fully fenced in. The fence is 5 feet tall. I also have a doggy door to give them access to the back yard as needed. I do have stairs & hardwood floors upstairs, but I additionally have extra rugs for dogs that may not be used to hardwoods. I am currently home all day and available. I can also do overnights. I used to travel for work, so I understand the need for consistency with your pet. Pets are allowed on the FURniture here, but I respect the owner's preferences for uniformity. I have multiple pet beds and toys. I also crate pets when needed.
