“My family and I were preparing to head out of town for my birthday when we realized, in the middle of all the planning, that we had forgotten to schedule a sitter for Oakley. Like any dog mom would, I immediately went to Rover and was pleasantly surprised to see several sitters available. I reached out to a few profiles, and Rebecca D. responded right away, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Rebecca was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We quickly coordinated a plan for dropping Oakley off, and the process was seamless. When we arrived, Rebecca was already outside waiting for us and gave clear instructions on where to park. She even invited us inside, which we politely declined, but I thought it was such a thoughtful gesture. Prior to our arrival, she also shared information about her dog’s temperament, which I really appreciated. Throughout the weekend, Rebecca kept us updated with photos and videos of Oakley, which made us feel so comfortable while we were away. When we picked him up, he was excited to see us, but it was also obvious that he had a wonderful time with her. Oakley came home happy, and we are so thankful for the care Rebecca provided. I would absolutely recommend booking with her!”

“Lauren and her family were amazing with my dog Finn! It was my first time boarding Finn with them and so we did a meet and greet beforehand with Lauren and her dog Riley, which went great and showed how comfortable Finn would be staying with them. During his actual stay, Lauren kept me updated on Finn and sent me pictures every day. It was obvious he was well taken care of and he seemed to really enjoy his time with them. Lauren was also very understanding and accommodating when my plans changed and Finn needed to stay an extra night, which I very much appreciated. I will definitely bring Finn back to stay with them whenever there is need! Thanks again for taking care of Finn! I'm sure he'll miss you! :)”

If you are type A like me, you will particularly appreciate the checklist that she provides :) Once we went out of town, we received plentiful updates each day, which was a huge relief and made us feel less guilty about leaving him behind. Al got plenty of outside time and managed to eat very well at her house, despite being a little shy about that when not in his usual environment. He also got some great socialization with Angelica's daughter, who was very patient and gentle. We will absolutely contact Angelica again for our boarding needs and would recommend her to others.”
