“Simply put, Kristien was phenomenal. She met and exceeded any expectations I had with using Rover—this was my first time—and I highly recommend her services. My special little doggo Bebop stayed with her for 11 days and she took fantastic care of him. From the start, Kristien was thoughtful and responsive. She clearly has a kind heart and bonds closely with dogs. She has their best interests in mind and gives them attention at all times. I had a number of small but esoteric requests and needs, and she accommodated every single one without any complaints or problems. She ended up having an additional dog in the house during Bebop's stay, but she was open and up front about it from the beginning, again offering to accommodate by not having the other dog there if that's what Bebop needed. Also, she allowed me to come meet her and the family before leaving Bebop with her—this was extra work for her, but it gave me great comfort to see her around my special guy before leaving him for 11 days, and to know that Bebop had a chance to meet the temporary foster parents before being left with them. Kristien makes this her top priority and it shows, from the daily pictures and regular correspondence to her professionalism and genuine bond with animals. This was a great first experience for me with Rover, and I will definitely seek her out again in the future whenever the need arises. Thank you Kristien!”

Christa is AMAZING! She watched our dog in her home over the holidays and we couldn’t be more grateful for the amount of time she put into walking and playing with our high energy dog Mookie. Mookie is reactive to other dogs and suffers from separation anxiety, Christa handled her so well. Mookie was a stinker and chewed on her blinds and she was communicative and very understanding about the situation. We felt so comfortable leaving Mookie with her and would love to use her again next time we go out of town. Thanks again Christa!
Chip had a great time at Kara's house! He loved playing with the other dogs, especially her foster puppy, and enjoyed their fenced in yard and toys. Kara was very responsive for scheduling both our meet and greet and stay, and her extensive experience fostering dogs gave me total confidence in her care. We would absolutely use Kara again!
Kelsea was incredible. She was fully willing to take my GSD and CBR last minute even though she hadn’t met them yet (probably because they were trained/e-collar). It was clear through the numerous pictures I received that they were well taken care of. She even ran retriever drills with my CBR while I was away. I couldn’t recommend her enough. We had a such a great experience with Joel! I can’t say enough good things. Our booking was a bit last minute, as we debated on what to do with our rescue pup, Pixie, while when we went away. She had never been away from home since adopting her from the shelter, and we were worried about how she would respond to a new person/environment. Booking with Joel was the best decision we made! Joel took care of Pixie like she was his own. He was incredibly attentive to her needs and took time to learn and understand some of her more quirky behaviors. He played with her a ton, gave her all the attention she needed, and even provided a spot in his lap for her little 50lb self to cuddle up. He updated us routinely on how she was doing, including pictures, and it was clear she was in good hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We will definitely board with Karissa and Rob again! Our first interaction put us all at ease, Karissa was so patient and loving with our slightly nervous pup. Throughout the stay, communication was excellent. We received several updates on how our Puddles was getting along, including a picture where she had the biggest smile on her face. We could tell just how much our pup was enjoying her stay with this sweet family. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our gal and making her feel at home in your home.
I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Nora! She took great care of her over the weekend and kept me updated with messages and adorable photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. Drop-off and pick-up were super easy, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Nora seemed happy and well cared for, and I could tell she was in good hands. I’ll definitely be using her again in the future, highly recommend!
Kailey took great care of our dog Perch while we were out of town for our anniversary! Our dog was recovering from a small injury and Kailey was great about sticking to the food and medication schedule.
