Sloane was always accessible when I had questions or to just chat! She truly enjoyed my dog as much as I do and cared for him, not just took care of him. Sloane enforced all my "dog rules" while he was with her and returned with NO BAD HABITS! Two thumbs and four paws UP!”

We were in Raleigh for a military ball and at the last minute (1 hour before needing to be at the event) was told our hotel did not accept pets. I contacted Karisa and she responded immediately! They are most accommodating and patient with me while I explained everything about her RX and food, etc. They sent me pictures and videos throughout the time she was with them and I began to wonder if she was going to want to come home with me! “Laura is awesome!! This was my first time using Rover and she made my older dog, Cooper, feel so comfortable and happy throughout his stay. Laura is extremely communicative and sends frequent updates. We did a meet and greet beforehand which was very easy to organize, and Laura is great about carefully following any instructions regarding feeding, etc. Cooper got along so well with her dog and the other dog she was watching, the photo updates were adorable. Cooper loves relaxing on the couch and sleeping on beds, so I really appreciate how she allows dogs on furniture. Made him feel super at home! Laura is so great about frequent potty breaks and she has a super nice fenced in yard. Will definitely request stays with Laura in the future!!”
