About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and have been the neighborhood petsitter since I was a kid. I’ve had two rescue dogs of my own, as well as experience with birds and reptiles. I am lucky to work from home full time and have a lot of flexibility in my daily schedule for breaks, walks, and giving critters consistent attention. I have a shaded, fenced backyard where our friends can let out some zoomies, take quick potty breaks, or decompress by sniffing everything in sight. There is a large deck ideal for sunbathers and solar-powered pups. The neighborhood is all residential for safe, stimulating walks and my house is 1/4 mile from the Crabtree Creek Greenway.

About: I grew up with labs and retrievers but now live alone with my 2 cats (who are pretty much used to dogs, but still wary of them). I watch peoples dogs and foster with Saving Grace when I can so have experience with a wide range of dogs. I am an engineer but am taking time off from that job. One favorite thing to do with a dog I watch is taking them to my building’s fenced in private dog walk and playing fetch! I have a large dog crate if that is better for sitting/boarding but only if that is part of their normal routine. Pets are allowed on the furniture (also if normal) and since I have pets already, I have extra water around the apartment. Since I’m used to hosting dogs, I’m good at “cat proofing” the apartment and my unit has a good layout to separate the cats and the visiting pet if needed. I choose how to take out any dog based on their personality: dog walk at my apartment building, walks, local dog park, hikes, etc. I also have plenty of dog toys.

My partner and I do work full time but we both work from home a few times a week. Our schedules can be adjusted to fit your dogs needs to make sure they are getting the love and care they need while your away! We have a very large unfenced backyard to our apartment for the dogs to run around in while hooked to a lead line (so they can’t run off). It was obvious to me that Finn was well taken care of and that Kelly genuinely loves all the dogs in her care. She was also very accommodating with the drop off and pick up times. If you need someone reliable, professional and punctual then reach out. I work full-time from home and have time to care for pets all day. I ensure your pet sticks to their normal routine as close as possible. I require a meet and greet with the pets in their home (to prevent any territorial issues) before the service for any new clients. My wife and I are big pet people so we’d love to meet your fur babies! I always make sure pups are leashed up and ready to go before heading outside.Pups are welcome to roam the apartment and fenced-in ,ground level balcony. We keep it nice and cool inside. There is a dog park and greenways just around the corner so we like walks in the afternoon and are always taking breaks to get outside throughout the day.
