Like any dog mom would, I immediately went to Rover and was pleasantly surprised to see several sitters available. I reached out to a few profiles, and Rebecca D. responded right away, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Rebecca was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We quickly coordinated a plan for dropping Oakley off, and the process was seamless. When we arrived, Rebecca was already outside waiting for us and gave clear instructions on where to park. She even invited us inside, which we politely declined, but I thought it was such a thoughtful gesture. Prior to our arrival, she also shared information about her dog’s temperament, which I really appreciated. Throughout the weekend, Rebecca kept us updated with photos and videos of Oakley, which made us feel so comfortable while we were away. When we picked him up, he was excited to see us, but it was also obvious that he had a wonderful time with her. Oakley came home happy, and we are so thankful for the care Rebecca provided. They recently cared for our pup while we were away on our first extended vacation, and they immediately put our minds at ease. Every time we leave her with them, we know she’s in the best hands. It’s such a relief to have found people we trust completely, and we are forever grateful for the exceptional care they provide. Kristin and her family were so good with our two pups. They came home happy and healthy. Her home is so cute (dog wallpaper!) and they currently live near some great walking trails. Our pups settled right in and we received timely updates and pictures. We will definitely rebook with Kristin if she offers services the next time we do a weekend vacation.
10/10 recommend Chase as a dog sitter! Chase provided daily updates on Sadie throughout her stay, which gave me great peace of mind. He also arranged a meet-and-greet beforehand so Sadie could get comfortable in the new environment prior to the stay. He followed all instructions carefully and communicated any updates, additions, or modifications that came up during her stay. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service. I highly recommend Chase and will definitely be using him again!
I've left my 3 mth old puppy with Karisa twice and will definitely book her again in the future. During our most recent stay, I ran into an unexpected scheduling conflict, and Karisa was incredibly gracious and accommodating. Her flexibility provided so much peace of mind, and I truly appreciate her level of care.
