“Christina is amazing! My elderly pup was in love with her from the moment they met. She was so kind, gentle, loving, and attentive with my dog and I was comforted knowing he was in her hands while I was away. I can’t sing her praises enough and I am very happy to have found such a responsible and thoughtful caregiver for Mickey. Thank you for everything!”

“Im usually wary of new people watching my zoo -but Sarah was great from first min I met her. She was interested and greeted my pups. She followed all my instructions, and I got an update immediately after she left. I felt very confident that she would take care of them and I was right. Everyone was happy and content when I arrived home. I would definitely ask Sarah to watch them again!”

“Stephanie is amazing. This is the first time we have used Rover and Stephanie and she has exceeded all expectations. We got daily reports as well as photos and voicemails, letting us know how Milo (cat) doing.”

About: I’m a reliable and caring dog sitter with some experience. I’ve grown up with dogs, had my own, and have cared for many through pet sitting. I’m comfortable with all ages, including senior dogs, and always provide safe, loving, and attentive care. Walks, playtime, or just good company — your dog is in great hands! I’m currently not working, so I have plenty of time to take care and play with your dog. I’m available On weekdays from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Also on the weekends in the morning, from 8:00am to 12:00pm. I don’t have pets of my own right now, but I’ve grown up with dogs and have years of experience caring for them. I live in an apartment in North Hills, right across from a beautiful green space, with lots of dog-friendly areas nearby — perfect for walks and playtime. Whether your pup needs a walk, or some company, I’m happy to help and make them feel right at home!
About: I’ve had dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, snakes, and even a tarantula while growing up, but canine companionship has been a constant throughout my life. I have watched many pets for friends and family throughout high school, college, and into my adult years. I’ve used Rover and other sitters before and know what it’s like to search for the perfect person to entrust you fur-babies with. I’ve had both great and not-so-great experiences in the past with sitters watching my dog, which is why I decided to join Rover myself so I could give other pets and pet-parents the best experiences! I have one extremely friendly pup and I work from home with a lot of flexibility, so I am available for any and all of your pets needs and attention while they are with me. You can expect lots of pictures, videos, and lightning-fast replies! I work from home with a very flexible schedule that allows me to get up and take the dogs for a walk or play at anytime. I can accommodate any pet care routine needed. I have a fenced yard and a super friendly King Charles Cavalier boy, neutered. Pets are allowed on the couch and the bed in this home 😌
“Sophia was wonderful! She watched my cat over the weekend and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable or grateful. We did a meet & greet beforehand, which immediately put me at ease and made me feel confident allowing her into my home. The booking was originally scheduled for one day, but when my plans changed and I had to stay longer, Sophia was incredibly flexible and kindly offered to come an extra day. She sent plenty of photos and updates, and it was clear my cat was happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I truly felt like my cat was safe and in great hands the entire time. I would absolutely book with Sophia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter!”

“Shelly was great with Ruby. Ruby is a “covid puppy” and has not met a lot of people. Shelly was very patient to let her get to know her. In addition to attention to Ruby, she also brought in packages on the step so they weren’t sitting outside. A great help all around!”

“Kelly was absolutely amazing! She was on time, communicated well and our dogs LOVED her! It was a great peace of mind having her take care of our pups. I can't say enough good things!”

“Beverly was WONDERFUL!! As a new cat mom I was so nervous about leaving my kitten for Thanksgiving but she was the absolute best and I had the best experience with Beverly!! Will definitely reach out to her again!! Thank you!!!”
About: I strive to give my pet parents the best photos of their babies! Check out my photos to see some of the results! 🫶🏻 I have experience with amputees, puppies, post-op, and senior dogs (I have a 15 year old tripawd chihuahua). I have experience administering medication, feeding hard and soft food (refrigerated, heated up or at room temperature), managing a post-surgery cone, suture observation, providing assistance navigating the home, and easing fears when they arise. I also have experience taking care of Dachshunds, English Bulldogs, French Bulldogs, Great Danes, Huskies, Labs, Golden Retrievers, Yorkies, Spaniels, Mixed Breed dogs in a variety of sizes, and cats. I’m available ☔️ or ☀️ maybe even ❄️ but not 🌪️. For boarding, I do not accept dogs who are not fully potty trained, who bark or howl excessively, who cannot sleep downstairs without a person present overnight, or who have any issues with other dogs even if only sometimes. I predominantly work from home and I’m not away from home often, so pet sitting fits well into my schedule. I’m also flexible and can adjust my schedule to be at home if not originally scheduled to be. I would care for anyone’s pet the same way I would care for my own, with the most love, care, and respect for the animal as possible. If the pet is in my home I would allow them the opportunity to explore and get comfortable with their surroundings and follow any of their parents instructions to help them with the new environment. If I’m in the client’s home, I would follow the client’s instructions on how to best serve the animal while I’m there.

“Taylor was very kind and made sure all of our cats were well taken care of. We appreciate her promptness and coming to our house before booking for a meet greet.”
“Adreanna was great with my dog Zoey. Zo warmed up to her immediately when she met her, which is not the norm as she is usually a bit shy when meeting new people. Adreanna was awesome at communicating and always responds quickly. She is also really flexible with the check ins. I did not worry about a thing knowing she was checking on Zoey. Highly recommend her if you're needing someone to watch your pet!”

“Emily was absolutely amazing! My dogs loved her. She keep me updated with pictures and messages on her visits. Very professional. I will definitely be reaching out again for our future pet sitter needs.”

About: It can be intimidating to hire a pet sitter, entrusting them with your fur babies. You want someone reliable, empathic, and patient, with great listening and communication skills. I check off those boxes. I have lived with dogs all my life, and I now have a cat of almost 5 years who I raised since he was a kitten. I also just adopted another 3 year old cat from the shelter. I have pet sit dogs and cats for up to a week, and I love animals. I am empathic, and treat my cats like they are my children; I want your pets to be happy and healthy in my care! I have ample availability throughout the week, I will work with you! I just cannot stay over for more than 12 hours continuously so I can care for my own cats. My calendar is updated! In my own home, I feed my cats as recommended by the vet, with quality wet and dry food and fresh water daily. I have scheduled play time with my cats each night, and I give them treats (not to many) throughout the day. I keep up with cleaning their litter boxes, and give them plenty of cuddles. They are indoor, and I never let them outside for their safety. When I check on others' cats, I ensure they have plenty of play time & mental stimluation. As for dogs, I would always play with our family's dog, feed them, and ensure they could be let out in our fenced in yard. I am very cautious about the possibility of dogs running away or escaping, and follow instructions very diligently. I am aware of dogs' digestive needs, and their needs for relieving themselves, indoor on pads or outdoors. I am not scared of barking, as I am used to it, and I enjoy friendly dogs and how affectionate they are!

I booked with Heather for cat care during a recent trip. Everything was great. She was detail oriented, professional, and had clear communication throughout. I felt like my cat was cared for by a friend or family member. I would definitely recommend booking with her!

Helena did an amazing job looking over my kitties while I was away! It was my first time booking a pet sitter so I was a little nervous, but she made sure to keep me updated on how they were doing and it made my trip so much more enjoyable. Definitely going to book again! :)

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Katie! She was the absolute best sitter and was so kind and considerate of Baker. He warmed up to her immediately and that tells me all that I needed to know. She sent lots of photos during her check-ins and took the time to play and hang out with him every time. I plan to use her services every time I need someone to watch my babies and know that I can trust her with them!

Cannan was amazing, we had a literally last minute cancellation for an entire week of cat sitting over the holidays. She was super quick to respond to our booking request and hopped on a phone call since we were already out of state and couldn’t do a walk through. Our kitties warmed up to her and we are so happy she was able to take care of them. Would definitely book again!!

This was my first time using Rover and Sydney made it so easy to know Sage was in good hands. She came and met her before we left and made sure she knew all of her favorite toys and all care instructions. I got updates with pictures on each visit and she went above and beyond to make sure my energetic kitty got lots of play time and pets while I was away. I would leave my fur baby in her care any day. She even checked the mail and made sure no packages were left on the porch. Sydney is the best!!
