About: I was a dog mom to a precious pitbull for 10 years and since he passed I'm looking to spread that love to other babies in the area. I work full time but my evenings are mostly free. Ideal for working pet parents who need their babies taken care of in the evening and weekends. I respect everyone's wishes and desires for their pet family members. Love, care, and respect are the most important. My motto is to leave a person, being, or space better than I found it.

About: I have had my own dogs and cats of every kind since I was in kindergarten! I dog sat and walked multiple dogs of family friends and neighbors throughout high school! In college I lived in a household with both cats and dogs together for 4 years. I currently live with a friendly pup, and care for my significant other's pup as well! I love to play, walk, or run! If your pup needs cuddles, they will sure get some! I am a nurse and my availability is contingent on my nursing schedule. 2-3 days of the week I will usually be unavailable but it’s not the same schedule every week. I have a pretty flexible schedule for services on my days off and can be available at short notice. I can visit, walk, or do overnight care for the animals! I have a decent sized house with currently no animals but a partner who can provide extra loving. There is plenty of outside yard space for pups to run around, and there is a dog park nearby. Walks or runs are available! Whatever your dog (or cat) may need, I'll be there to help!

About: Ive owned 3 dogs of my own, i enjoy walking and playing outdoors so adding a dog makes things 10x better! I have experience overnight sitting and just popping in on my lunch breaks for my neighbors and pastors dogs I work 10-4 monday-thrusday but im open all weekend, before and after work as well. I work 5 minutes down the road from my home so I don't have a long commute leaving more time to see pets! im there to focus on the pets, i ensure to leave a list and updates of everything done and i dont want to invade on your space! i like being told where toys, food, leashes etc can all be found to ensure i create a fun environment for your pet!,

About: I’ve practically had pets my whole life and have been caring for dogs since I was 11 years old. Animals have always held a special place in my heart—I genuinely love being around them and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience not just with my own pets, but also through my time working at the PetSmart PetsHotel, where I cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or just making them feel at home, I truly enjoy every part of taking care of animals. I’m a teacher, so my summers are open. I’m usually free after 3 during the rest of the year. Weekends are usually open. My availability will be posted. My top priority is always building trust with your fur baby. Only then am I able to care for them to the fullest. I have an extra bedroom for pets that prefer their own space. I have a large back yard and also am located about 3 miles from a dog park that I frequent.

About: I have been petsitting and dog walking my neighborhood pets for several years and had the privilege to work as a research technician who helped in husbandry at UNC Chapel Hills Division of Comparative Medicine canine unit. I love making new furry friends and gaining experience to help my pre-veterinary journey as a college student! I am available every day of the week starting June 30th seeing that i am home for the summer from college. I am available during the hours of 8am-8pm and am interested in house sitting. About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities—from energetic puppies to senior pets—and started helping care for family pets around age 10. For the past 5 years, I’ve worked as a veterinary technician and was recently certified. My experience includes both emergency and general practice with small animals, along with some experience caring for exotic pets. This background has given me experience recognizing changes in behavior, administering medications, following medical instructions, and helping pets feel comfortable in new or stressful situations. In addition to working in veterinary medicine, my roommate and I have been fostering animals for the past 2 years through a local rescue. Fostering has allowed me to work with pets from many different backgrounds, personalities, and comfort levels while helping them adjust to new environments and build confidence. It’s been incredibly rewarding to help provide a safe, loving space while they wait to find their forever homes. One thing I take pride in is building trust with animals. Some pets warm up immediately and others need more time—and I’m happy to meet them where they are. I focus on making each pet feel safe, respected, and cared for at their own pace. When caring for your pet, I treat them like my own and make it a priority to follow your routine and preferences closely. Whether that means maintaining feeding schedules, medication routines, exercise needs, or simply keeping things familiar and comfortable, I aim to provide reliable, personalized care. I’d love the opportunity to get to know you and your pet and provide care you can feel confident in while you’re away. I currently work at an animal clinic in Holly Springs 4 days per week (typically 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, schedule may vary slightly). My lunch break is one hour (usually 1–2 PM or 2–3 PM), which allows flexibility for midday potty breaks and check-ins. Depending on your pet’s needs and comfort level, I may be able to: • Bring your dog with me to work (they would remain safely kenneled while I’m working and receive up to 3 potty breaks during my shift) • Stop by your home during my lunch break if you’re located within ~15 minutes of my workplace • Coordinate care plans ahead of time to make sure your pet’s routine is maintained Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, going on adventures with my own pup, and making sure pets in my care get quality attention, enrichment, and exercise. Your pet’s comfort and safety are my priority. Every animal is different, and I adjust my approach based on their personality and needs. If your dog is social and excited to meet new people, we’ll jump right into playtime, walks, and building trust. If your pet is more reserved or nervous, I’ll move at their pace and give them time and space to feel comfortable. I believe in creating positive experiences and respecting each pet’s boundaries. With my experience working in veterinary medicine, I’m comfortable monitoring behavior, recognizing changes, and following care instructions closely.

My Zoe is small and aging and it’s not easy for me to find someone I trust with her care. With Carlita, I’m glad to have found someone I can leave Zoe with overnight or to come visit her when I’m away. She adheres to all of my Zoe’s special needs (pj’s at night are a must, her food must be warmed, and she has some medications) and ensures her comfort and safety. She plays with her, sends me photos, and makes me aware of any concerns she notices with Zoe in my absence. She is punctual and communicates clearly and timely. ATTENTION: I am 100% focused on giving love! I have lots of experience with seniors and special needs dogs and can give medication. I can even bottle-feed small puppies and kittens! ESCAPE-ARTISTS: Rest assured, I have an escape-artist myself so I am extremely careful! Your dog would never be allowed in the fenced yard without supervision. PUT YOUR WORRIES TO REST! I have had dogs my entire life - big and small, old and young, lazy and crazy - I can handle anything! I’ll send pictures the entire stay so you’ll know your baby is in good hands! I currently bartend 3 nights a week and I have a hybrid day job where I am in the office 1 to 2 days a week. I have a fenced yard and a playful dog to keep your dog company. I can crate your dog if needed while away or leave him or her out if they are potty-trained and not destructive.
