About: Like many here, furry family members have perpetually been in my life. Additionally, I have extensive experience with pets outside of my home. I recently left my career of 5yrs managing a high capacity pet boarding facility to return to college. My first job was caretaker at a private animal rescue and have volunteered at many others. I gained experience with a myriad of creatures including: dogs, cats, small creatures, horses, and even a pet pig. Between those jobs, I would regularly petsit as well. Working with animals on both a large and small scale has given me experience in handling skittish pets, senior pets, emergency situations, medication administration, and more. Animals have always been a passion of mine, and I hope to meet some of your fur family members! I am a pre-med student taking a semester off of school. At the moment, I am working at a clinic 1-5 on the weekdays, and I may be unavailable most of the daytime on certain Thursdays (depending on the week). I live near many parks, trails, and have a dog park in my neighborhood. Hiking is a hobby of mine, and I would gladly take your fur family member on an adventure with me. Safety is a priority for me, so the method of securing and leashing your pet will be discussed on a case by case basis. For example, I will ensure that a loose collar is adjusted, harness is fitted, and/or skittish pets have a backup system.

I feel so good knowing my baby is in great hands when I have to be gone for extended work trips.”
