About: I am a veterinary student who has dedicated my life to caring for and protecting animals. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your animals in the care of another person. I’m very patient and trustworthy when it comes to your pets safety and happiness. I have two cats of my own who are my everything!! I will be sure to extend my love to your pets as well. I’m currently a full-time student. During the week, I’m available in the mornings and evenings. I am free most weekends to care for your pets! I follow the animal’s routine as best as I can. Every dog/cat is unique in how they’re cared for and deserve safety, trust and patience. At this time, I do not care for other animals inside my home as I have two cats. That is their safe space and I respect their boundaries :)

About: I’m a fully remote Triangle native whose first love (after writing, that is ✍🏽) was for animals. I don’t just look after them—I truly care for them like a family member. Being highly empathetic, I provide both safety and comfort as a bare minimum. As such, I can usually tell (and adapt accordingly) when a furry friend needs more space and gentleness to feel more comfortable versus when they’d benefit from more a more assertive approach. Regardless, everything is done with compassion and consideration to ensure both you and your pet(s) feel safe and at ease! I work fully remote, so I am able to be with your pet throughout the day if needed whether that be for potty breaks, walks, playtime, or anything in between! I mirror your pet’s comfort level. If they are very sociable, then I am just as extroverted. On the flip side, if they are a little wary, I do what I can to make them feel at ease and let them know I’m a friend. I will never force your pet to interact with me just to appease my own ego; their comfort and your comfort are my priority. Trusting someone to care for your pet(s) is a big ask and not something I take lightly. I also understand that it won’t always be a good fit, so my only request is that you are transparent about questions/concerns and I will do the same to make sure everyone is comfy and at ease!

About: Contrary to popular beliefs, cats require the same meticulous attention that dogs do. I am a firm believer that cat care is not easy! Yes, they are more independent animals, but they do get lonely without humans around. With that said, I am a cat-specialist through and through. I have had a cat for four years and a second one for half a year. Other than my experience with owning cats currently, I have grown up around cats all my life. I am familiar with cat boundaries and behaviors, as well as the grooming needs of different cats. From tasks like brushing their hair to bathing them, or feeding them to scooping their litter, I can do them all. I have interacted with kitties of all types of personalities. As a matter of fact, both of my cats are on different sides of the spectrum! One is extremely playful and get zoomies 24/7, the other is laid back and sleeps all day. From spending time with my cats, I have grown a more varied understanding of different cat archetypes and how to handle them. As a student, I appreciate the roles cats play in uplifting your mood and overall morale during hard times. However, I also understand having busy schedules that might take away from taking care of your cats. That being said, I am more than happy to assist you with cat caring when your busy schedules come up. Through frequent drop-ins, I look forward to hang out with the kitties and enthusiastically provide them all of my attention! I am a full-time student, so my schedule revolves around school. I am available after 5PM on Mondays and Tuesdays, after 3PM on other weekdays, and very flexible on weekends. I spend as much of my time possible hanging out with my cats after school. And as I have family members at home that also take care of them, I have more flexibility in caring for other cats as well. I will spend time with your cats according to their individual needs as well as your preferences! As aforementioned, I have a great understanding of their behaviors, so I appreciate getting a chance to get acquainted with them and to respect their boundaries. All of my cats are indoor only, and I only let them out to the screened porch. I have harness-trained one of them in our fenced yard, so I have that experience with cat-walking. During my drop-ins, I will do any and all tasks outlined for the kitties, making sure they get the best care possible and that you can come home to all of your cat-care tasks finished!

About: I have cared for my dogs from their being puppies to end of life and loved them every minute. I will take care of your dog in the same way. Dogs make me happy and I make them happy. I am retired and can work around your schedule. I am an early riser and am available most days and times. I can be flexible. I will adhere to the needs and requirements of your dog. I love to spend time and play with dogs and will be happy to take them for walks.

About: I have had dogs my entire life! I currently own two corgis that I’ve had since they were eight weeks old, and two cats! They are my favorite things on this planet and I would love to help you out when you need it as people have done for me over the years!! I currently work remotely with the exception of two days a week, but my office hours are also very flexible! I’m comfortable driving around Raleigh and Durham so anywhere in the triangle I’m happy to go to! I frequently pet it for multiple friends around the triangle as well, so this is not new for me! I love animals and I always want the owner to feel like they can have peace of mind, knowing that their pets are safe and cared for! I am the person who stops every single time she sees a dog or a cat, and asks to say hi! I have raised my dogs since they were puppies and have experience with cats and now own two of my own! I have a very flexible, lifestyle and schedule that can fit most people’s requests!

About: HI! My name is Adaria K and I have always had a love for animals. Previously owning Rottweilers, dachshund's and currently a Shih Tzu/Bichon Mix I am well equipped to handle any size dog of any age. Along with volunteering in Animal Shelters, I received my Animal Science Degree with a concentration in wildlife in 2019 so I am quite knowledgeable about handling and care for a range of pets. Short to long duration walks are of no trouble because I am used to that and when staying with your pet, whether it is overnight or checkups during the day he/she will have my undivided attention. About: What sets me apart is my experience with dogs at every stage of life—from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra patience and care. I’m comfortable reinforcing basic training like crate routines, leash walking, and simple commands, and I pay close attention to each dog’s unique needs and personality. I’m reliable, communicative, and make sure owners feel at ease with regular updates, so you always know your dog is in good hands. I’m currently a full time student at East Carolina but I do have a lot of online classes so I have plenty of time during the day to watch after your pet! I can do Monday and Friday anytime after 11 am and I can do whatever time Tuesday and Thursday. Very flexible schedule so I can work around your pets needs! I primarily care for pets in my client’s home, where they’re most comfortable and can stick to their normal routine. I make sure to follow feeding schedules, provide walks, playtime, and lots of attention, while also keeping the home clean and organized. I can accommodate short stays in my apartment for a few hours if needed, but I focus on in-home care to ensure pets feel safe and stress-free.
