About: I have many years experience looking after my own two dogs, from puppyhood to retirement. I was also a student intern at a canine rehabilitation center. I am comfortable around pets of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and backgrounds, and would be honored to assist in their care! I am currently finishing an internship so I am usually most available in the evening and on weekends, but I do occasionally have daytime availability depending on my schedule. I am happy to work together and find the best time that works for you! I am unable to keep pets in my apartment at this time due to the rules of my lease agreement. I'm more than happy to adhere to guidelines and rules in your own home to keep your animals safe and keep your privacy secure.

Through that journey, my heart grew so much from the love and responsibility of caring for a pet. About: I have always had both dogs and cats growing up, and my very first business venture was pet sitting in our neighborhood. I understand that pet needs can vary greatly from household to household, and I am more than willing to cater to your fur babies. I have a soft spot for labs as we always had them growing up, but I have cared for almost every breed under the sun :) Learning your pet’s personality and being mindful and respectful of their space as I get to know them is what I do best. I am a Masters of Computer Science student finishing up my degree remotely, so loving on your pets is my part-time gig! My schedule is very flexible and I’m a morning person, so I’m able to come by whenever works best for you. I am very mindful of other’s spaces as I’ve done quite a bit of house and pet sitting. I fully understand that I am entering you and your pet’s safe space, so please let me know how I can make everyone feel comfortable in that setting. From setting house alarms, ensuring fences and doors are closed, keeping toxic or chewable items out of reach, and being highly attentive to your pet’s ordinary and out of ordinary behaviors, their well being is my top priority. I enjoy sending photos and videos of your pets to you while you’re out of town, but will never keep, send or post photos of them without your consent. While I very unfortunately can’t have pets in my own home due to my current lease contract, I truly love pets and am excited to meet your fur babies!

About: I have experience with cats and dogs of every personality, size, and age. I have been a Rover sitter for over three years now, booking services in Houston, Dallas, and Raleigh. I currently have two cats of my own, so I know how important it is to have a pet sitter that you can trust! I’ve grown up with animals and my first job was at an animal daycare / boarding facility, where I played with, bathed, and walked animals. My family always has Golden Retrievers or Newfoundlands, so I have no problem with big dogs! We also always have at least one cat in the house. I would be happy to care for your cats or dogs! About: Hi! I love all animals and pets. I grew up with guinea pigs, hamsters, and gerbils at home and have pet sat for cats and dogs since I was a kid. Since 2020, my family has been involved in a service dog organization. We have fostered and helped train and care for numerous puppies and adult dogs. In addition to puppy training, I also have experience with reactive dogs and giving pills. I'm comfortable with various energy levels and temperaments. I can follow specific routines, reinforce training, and provide both physical activity and mental stimulation to keep your dog happy and healthy. As a grad student, I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. There is nothing better than cuddling with pets or getting outside for a study break! My landlord does not allow pets, but I am happy to care for your pet in your home. I am a full-time graduate student so my schedule has a lot of flexibility, including during the week and during the workday. I will strive to build trust with you and with your pet, and will communicate thoroughly and diligently. Doing a meet and greet and covering and special needs and preference will help me care for your pet the way that you need! I will exercise your pet or cuddle with them. I will walk your dog in your neighborhood, take them to a trail or to a park, play with them using their favorite toys, and help with training. The most important thing for me is that you and your pet are both happy and comfortable!

About: I attended Nash Rocky Mount Early College High School, where I earned a veterinary assistant certification from Nash Community College, along with an Associate of Science degree. I have worked briefly at Coat's Veterinary Hospital, Care First Animal Hospital, and NC State's Veterinary Hospital Clinical Pathology Lab during my studies. Currently, I am a senior animal science student at NC State, working on Clinical Trial Research with Dr. Wade and Dr. Sherry, which focuses on elderly dogs. We are investigating their physical and neurological functions as they age in hopes of discovering new, innovative ways to assist them through that process and monitor their condition. Pet care is a regular part of my life as both an animal science student and a veterinary professional with pets of my own. While attending college, I have been involved with NC State's veterinary school through research, clinical pathology training, and volunteering. I would say I help care for pets 3 to 4 days a week, depending on pet availability and my class and work schedule, but I try to care for animals whenever I can. I am dedicated to veterinary medicine and the well-being of pets. I will follow any preferences my clients have regarding their pets' care and will keep them updated with photos throughout my time with their pets. I will inquire about allergies, medications, known diagnoses, and the name of their preferred veterinary office. This information will ensure I am fully informed about the pet's health and know where to call for assistance in a familiar environment. I love caring for animals in a way that makes them feel at ease, so my approach is tailored to their personalities. Additionally, I am very attentive to all the pets I care for and strive to build a good relationship with my clients to learn more about their pets through them.
