“All I can say is WOW! Chalene is so incredible and we are so grateful to have found her. I get very nervous leaving our boys with anyone else when we’re away and with Chalene for the first time I felt completely at ease. We have a very needy and energetic lab and an older very anxious lab mix and she made sure to meet their needs and more. She completely exceeded any expectations I had for a rover. While house sitting for us she made sure to keep with the boys schedule, send us adorable updates and had the house clean and all sheets washed by the time we got home. If you’re looking for someone reliable, caring and thoughtful and will treat your babies like her own then she is your woman. I still can’t find the words to explain how grateful we are! We can’t wait to use her again for our next trips!”

“This was our first time using Rover, and it was great. Jay was very responsive to our inquiries and super flexible with scheduling a "meet the pup" session to discuss details. He made friends with our dog immediately and was comfortable with everything we needed done. We connected almost daily whilst we were on a rather lengthy trip, and Jay sent updates and pics to keep us informed (but was also aware of trying not to overdo it during out travels). Couldn't have asked for a better time and we'd definitely reach out to Jay again the next time we need a pal for our furry guy. Thanks a ton, Jay!”

Leading up to her stay, she worked with us to get to know Sof, who is nervous of new people and takes some time to build trust, and ensure Sofie’s comfort with her in our home. Sofie quickly adored Hannah, and we are very appreciative of Hannah’s willingness to do a slow intro and relationship-building with our nervous pup. Hannah was also a fabulous house guest- leaving everything just as she found it and even starting the laundry before we returned!- and we would love to have her back anytime. It was a relief knowing she was taking great care of Sofie while we were away, and we loved receiving the photos she took of Sof as well. We will absolutely book with Hannah again!”
