About: I have raised my sweet cat Sneaky since she was a kitten, as well as my dog Mabel since she was a puppy. I have had Sneaky for 8 years, and Mabel for 5. They are my life! I also have some grooming experience, so I am familiar with animals in a professional setting as well. I currently work for Instacart and attend NC State University. About: I recently graduated from NC State University with a degree in design and a minor in zoology! Now that I’m in post-grad life, I’m working remotely and looking to spend time doing what I love most: hanging out with animals. While I’ve shared most of my life living with cats but dog sitting has actually been my main thing! I needed to be away on a business trip for a week but I was afraid to leave my Yorkie that has been dealing with tracheal collapse with anyone since lately he has been in need of greater care. I decided to use Rover for the first time and was looking for someone caring thorough and attentive. Beverleys reviews stood out so I reached out. We had a consultation prior to my trip to see if there was compatibility. Turns out that my dog Sizzles responded positively to her. I booked the week for in house overnight care. I couldn't have made a better decision. My dog came with a few intricacies to prevent him from getting overexcited to prevent flare ups. He also deals with discomfort and breathing challenges that can become worse without proper care. Beverley was eager from the start to completely comply with his routine to the letter. She also went above and beyond to make my Yorkie comfortable. She did all of his favorite things daily. Beyond top notch care, he got belly rubs, brushing, light play time and plenty of praise each day. I was originally afraid to go on my trip, but after day 1 in Beverleys care I received descriptive notes and pictures and I knew that all was well. I was able to enjoy my time away and knew that my pup was in the best hands getting plenty of love. You will not regret booking Beverly. She will love your fur baby as her own.
Rachel is absolutely amazing with your pets! She keeps you informed about everything to a great detail so you don’t have to wonder what is happening. You can tell that she enjoys the company of animals and she is super nice with us hoomans, too! 10/10, hope to have her help me out in the filuture. Highly recommend!
Franklin was amazing, my older dog is a "little" shy to say the least and Mr. Franklin was absolutely positively wonderful with him, got him to come out to play, to eat as well as just getting him out of his kennel. As normally he would just be sad and hide the entire time we are gone. Definitely will hope he is available for the next sitting position. Thank you Franklin!! 😇💙🙏🐶🎉🤝
jacob does a great job with my 2 dogs, one who has some anxiety issues but he works to make her feel comfortable. he leaves my home the same way he found it and communicates with me if any issues arise. i wouldn't hesitate to use him again to watch my home and dogs.
This was our first time using Rover and Taylor and Matt were great! It was so easy to communicate with them and we received pictures and updates on the pups every day. Our returning flight got canceled and they were so helpful getting our dogs to a friends house. They treated our dogs as if they were their own. Great experience and will definitely use them again.
Olivia took amazing care of my two cats. I booked with her twice and she was extremely flexible and saved me in watching my cats last minute. My cats absolutely love her. Both of my cats need medicine and she did a great job giving Mr. White his inhaler and Romeo his pill each day. Highly recommend Olivia and will be using her in the future.
Hannah did an amazing job pet sitting our 14-week-old Whippet! From the moment she walked through the door, it was obvious he was going to have fun with her, he liked her right away. Even with all the energy, puppy antics, and biting that come with a young Whippet, she jumped right in and quickly adapted to his needs. We felt completely confident that he was well cared for, exercised, and given lots of attention. It was clear she genuinely enjoys working with dogs, and our puppy had a great time with her. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for puppy and would not hesitate to book Hannah again!
First time leaving my pup with anyone other than family and I couldn't have chosen better than Autumn. She definitely relieved my anxiety over leaving my anxious dog. Autumn took great care of Sheyna, worked on her anxiety while taking her on walks, and sent me updates and pictures twice a day. She also left the house so clean you could hardly tell she'd been here. Sheyna's made a new friend and I've found an amazing sitter for her.
