“I have nothing but good things to say! We’ve used Taylor multiple times, and she took amazing care of our pets. We came home to happy, relaxed dogs and cat, who all got lots of love and attention while we were away.”

“Ayla was a fantastic dog and house sitter! She was very responsive and kept me up to date throughout the stay. She was also super flexible when we needed her to watch our in-laws dog as well. She made us feel great about leaving the dogs in her care!”

“Dawn did a fantastic job. Dogs were very happy and she communicated very well (photos and videos) even though I was without access to check. Will DEFINITELY use her again.”

“Rylee did a wonderful job caring for our two aging fur children - a cat and a dog - during our extended vacation! She kept us up to date and kept our house in great shape during her stay. We'd highly recommend her to anyone and seek to rebook with her for any future needs!”

“I’m so grateful for the amazing care Garrett provided for my cat, Adele. He was attentive, responsible, and kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Adel was clearly very well taken care of and comfortable, and I could tell she received a lot of attention and care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

“Courtney was fantastic with my GSD-mix, Raina! She was great at following my instructions to the letter while going above and beyond with providing updates and doing the little things for her. On top of that, Courtney is extremely respectful and well-mannered - she left my apartment looking spot less, and left the kindest note complimenting my pup (which means more than any compliment someone could give me). Thank you Courtney!”

“Kaelin did a wonderful job taking care of our house and two dogs for six days while we were out of town. She sent pictures daily and seemed to really enjoy her time with the dogs. I recommend her services wholeheartedly!”

About: I've cared for a wide range of animals in my life; but mostly cats and dogs. I've grown up taking care of cats and dogs and I find it very easy and fun to work with them. I've raised kittens and puppies, as well as elderly animals. I have no issues with feeding, walking, or cleaning up after any animal. During the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025, I have some time off from college and want to spend that extra time interacting with pets! I can work every day of the week and the weekend and can also do overnight care. I have a very reactive dog at my house that can be hard to control, but I'm able to get him on walks without escaping my grip. I'm stronger than I look! But I also treat animals with the utmost respect and kindness. I don't believe in negative reinforcement and I will treat your pet like royalty!
“Jylesha was a solid puppy and house sitter! We hired Jylesha in a a time crunch and she was very accommodating with our last-minute booking. She communicated quickly and well, and she did exactly as we asked with the dogs. She was a great house guest and we would not hesitate to work with her again!”

“Olivia took such good care of my boys while I was away and sent updates with pictures on every visit!! My two cats had so much fun with her, definitely put my mind at ease while I was gone knowing they were in such good hands!”

“Stacey and Jeremy stayed with our dog while we were on vacation. Leaving your house and dog to someone else can be a bit stressful, but as soon as I met them my worries went away. While we were gone, they communicated through texts and pictures. This made us all feel better, as it is never easy leaving your dog. After we got home, I could tell my dog had been well cared for. They also took time to make sure our house was clean and ready for our arrival. Overall, we are lucky to have found Stacey and Jeremy. In fact, we have already booked them for our next vacation.”

About: I recently graduated from NC State University with a degree in design and a minor in zoology! Now that I’m in post-grad life, I’m working remotely and looking to spend time doing what I love most: hanging out with animals. While I’ve shared most of my life living with cats but dog sitting has actually been my main thing! Long before downloading the Rover app, I was primarily dog sitting for people in person—starting back in 2020 when I pulled double duty babysitting both toddlers and their fur babies. Needless to say, dogs know I'm a trusted friend! From energetic medium and large breeds to the sweetest small pups, I love them all—that absolutely includes our precious senior dogs! I have a huge heart for older pups who just want company to hang out with. Because of my background with cats, I am an absolute pro at routine. I run a tight, loving schedule—timely meals, plenty of playtime and walks, and endless cuddles tailored to exactly what your dog likes. Your pup will be in the safest, most attentive hands. I’ll keep you completely in the loop with consistent updates. Plus, as a design grad, don't be surprised if a a simple portrait of your pet lands in your inbox as a bonus :) Since I work remotely from my laptop, my schedule is flexible, allowing me to easily prioritize your babies whenever they need attention. I will be at your home for the majority of the time, only popping out occasionally to grab food or run quick errands. I absolutely adore my own cats and treat them like royalty, so you can rest assured your fur babies will receive that exact same level of love and quality care! To ensure they have the best experience possible! I always make it a point to learn about their specific routines, favorite toys, safe zones, and any necessary medications ahead of time :)
“Autumn is an amazing pet sitter. She is extremely professional, detail oriented and cares for my dog as if it were her own. I feel completely comfortable leaving my anxious pup in Autumn’s care. The photos and videos Autumn sends us while she is pet sitting are wonderful to receive. We are so lucky to have found Autumn so we can go out of town without worrying.”

“This was our first time using Rover and leaving our Dogs with someone. Taylor was absolutely outstanding with them and ours kids “Dogs” had a blast and behaved better than expedited. We are coming back up to Raleigh here in couple months and definitely using Taylor again to watch them one night for us. Would highly recommend using Rover”

“Tyler really saved us after our flight was cancelled and we were stuck traveling. He was able to help us out and kept us updated with pics the entire stay. We’ll definitely be reaching out again.”

Amy seamlessly managed our house of 4 pets while we were out of town for a few days, and provided us such a relief with her trusted care. Our pets can be high maintenance: 3 of the 4 require medication and one of our dogs needs a very slow introduction as she’s slow to warm up. We noticed our dog almost immediately settle in with Amy’s warm, calm demeanor and she was cuddled up next to Amy same day. We appreciated Amy letting us know when everyone was officially settling in for the night, and it was such a relief to know our pets were in good hands. We came home to a clean house as well. We’ll absolutely be using Amy again in the future!

Christa was a wonderful sitter during our trip. She came everyday right on time and was very attentive and communicated very well with anything that was going on. I would hire her again for my next trip. She was very kind and understanding about all of the ebbs and flows of this busy household. My 17 year old cat gave her a run for her money but she handled it beautifully.

Amaya was absolutely wonderful! She stayed at our house and took wonderful care of our two dogs - one of which is an older pup with some health issues who requires several daily medications. The dogs both loved her instantly, I felt such peace of mind knowing Amaya was with our fur babies.
Kim was absolutely amazing with our two little fur kids while we were away for a week! Kim stayed in our home as our pups feel safer in a familiar environment and they were spoilt with daily walks around our neighborhood and lots of love! We are so happy we found our new doggy sitter! We received daily updates and sweet pictures of them having fun and cuddled up peacefully at bedtime. Five star rating from our family! ❤️

I can’t say how grateful I am for Ainsley! They came in to help with a last minute request due to another sitter not working out. Ainsley took such good care of my boys and relieved all my stress of having to find someone else mid sit. The communication was amazing and Ainsley sent so many cute photos of my dogs. I would absolutely rebook with Ainsley in the future for ALL my needs!

This was our second time having Erin dog and house sit for us, and once again she was absolutely wonderful. We always feel completely comfortable leaving our home and dog in her care. Our dog adores her and was happy, relaxed, and well cared for when we returned, and our house was in perfect shape. She communicates thoughtfully and clearly, which gives us so much peace of mind. We would not hesitate to recommend her and will happily have her sit for us again.

Arthur is always timely and diligent with my girls, which can get exhausting as I have two very high energy, large-breed dogs. He does amazing with Mandy's medication administration which is still going through some adjustments as we find the right dosages. He gives them lots of active time and makes sure they're more than cared for and loved while I'm away!
