“Joan is very patient with my somewhat aggressive dog. She arrived on time everyday and was super sweet with Tiger. She really goes above and beyond to bond with Tiger. I am definitely booking with Joan in the future.”
About: I’m a dog mom so I have plenty of experience caring for a dog. He’s my buddy and we’ve gone on more hikes and walks than I can count. I trained him when he was a little pup and I cared for him post surgery when he needed a little extra love and support (he gets a lot🥰). I’ve helped my family and friends by caring for their dogs when they go away or get stuck at work. I also volunteer at the animal shelter where most of my time is spent dog walking. Dogs hold a special place in my heart and my dog is my baby so I can promise that I will take the very best care of your pup!💛 I’m flexible with timeframes and requests as long as I have enough notice. I’m happy to help and I can’t wait to meet your pup!😊 Being a dog mom, dog-sitting, and volunteering at the animal shelter have all helped me develop the necessary skills to take the very best care of your pup!
About: What sets me apart is my personal experience and genuine love for animals. I’ve owned and cared for my Schnoodle for the past 10 years, giving me firsthand experience with daily care, exercise, feeding routines, and understanding a dog’s needs. In addition to caring for my own dog, I have pet sat a variety of pets for friends, family, and neighbors. I am reliable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s unique personality and routine. Whether your pet is energetic and loves playtime or prefers a calmer environment, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I live an active lifestyle and already spend time outdoors walking, exercising, and staying active, which makes dog walks and play sessions an easy and enjoyable part of my day. I am organized, reliable, and comfortable following specific feeding schedules, medication instructions, and care routines provided by pet owners. I understand how important consistency is for pets, so I make it a priority to be punctual and dependable. Whether your pet needs regular walks, drop in visits, feeding, companionship, or overnight care, I can incorporate those responsibilities into my schedule while ensuring your pet receives the attention, exercise, and affection they need. I genuinely enjoy being around animals, so pet care is not just a responsibility for me, it’s something I look forward to and take pride in doing well. Safety, trust, and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets. Whether I am caring for a pet in my home or in a client’s home, I make sure they are supervised, secure, and comfortable at all times. I carefully follow the owner’s instructions regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medications, routines, and any special needs to help pets feel as relaxed as possible. I always keep a close eye on pets during walks, outdoor time, and play sessions to ensure their safety. I make sure they have access to fresh water, receive plenty of attention, and get the exercise and enrichment they need. In a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s property, keeping everything clean, organized, and secure. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to provide a safe, dependable, and caring environment where pets feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away.
“Brianna was a lifesaver! Stepped up last minute on a holiday and was amazing with my pups. She went above and beyond and treated all 4 of my animals with love and care and was extremely respectful of my home. I will be definitely booking her again and would recommend her to anyone.”

“Lauren was absolutely amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog. I booked her for a 30-minute walk every day around noon, and I told her I was very flexible with timing. She was always reliable and showed up when scheduled, but what really stood out to me was how much she genuinely cared about my puppy. Even though the walks were booked for 30 minutes, she constantly went above and beyond. Whether it was an extra minute, five minutes, or even ten, she never seemed rushed and truly spent quality time with my dog. After every walk, I didn’t just get one quick picture. I would get several adorable photos along with detailed updates about everything they did. She would let me know about their walk, any interactions they had, and even small thoughtful things like cleaning out his water bowl. You can tell Lauren is not just doing this as a job. She genuinely loves dogs and enjoys spending time with them. That kind of care, attention, and thoughtfulness is rare, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing my puppy was in such good hands. I’m so grateful for her and will absolutely book with her again!”

About: I have one 9-year-old dog who is reactive and has behavioral issues, so I’m very experienced in all types of dog personalities. I also recently adopted a cat! I'm very good with all animals and love them unconditionally, I've pet-sat for multiple people throughout my lifetime and I want to continue to do it. I am currently working full time as a WCPSS school counselor and part time as a clinical therapist, so I'm only available on weekends and throughout the summer, but my hours are WIDE open most of the time. I promise to love your animal and treat them as if they were my own. Since I work full time in WCPSS, I only accept bookings on weekends during the traditional calendar school year (late August-mid June). During the summer I only go into work once a week and make my own schedule as a therapist, so I have all the flexibility in the world! Since I have a reactive dog with behavioral issues, I have learned how to get along with dogs of all temperaments. Whether your dog is slow to warm or happy right away, we will get along just fine!

“Emily was able to take my doggo out SUPER last minute after I didn’t have time to this morning. Sadly, by the time she got there (I had booked his walk too late, this was in no way her fault), he had an accident. Emily was super sweet and helpful. She cleaned up the mess for us, even when I told her it wasn’t necessary. Bentley seemed to really enjoy his time with her! He was smiling so big in the pictures! Thank goodness there are people like Emily on this Earth to make tough moments a lot easier!”

“Adreanna was absolutely amazing with our dog. She was very attentive and provided a detailed over view of everything that was going on, leaving us without any questions or worry. 12/10.”

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I have done pet training which included house training, basic commands (i.e. sit, stay, come), and tricks (i.e. roll over, play dead, circle, beg). My mom was a dog handler and I’ve been lucky to have learned how to handle various unique training or walking routines. I have also watched cats for extended periods of time as well as having 2 in my home previously. I recently adopted a Siberian cat that’s dog and cat friendly as well. From playing, to cuddling, to watching birds out the window together, to bathing (willing and unwilling), I’ve done it all. If your cat is lead friendly, I can also take them on walks. I can bath, feed, train, and exercise most all dogs. I am a quick and independent learner with a passion for working with animals. I’m available to stay over weekdays and weekends so long as my schedule is available. My job will be requiring me to be in office throughout the week for the next few months, however location depending, I can provide midday potty breaks during my “lunch” hour. I’m more of a night owl than early riser, but I can accommodate most routines for your pet so long as it’s not earlier than 7AM. Since I frequently travel locally for work, I apologize for not being able to always accommodate bookings with under 2 weeks notice. I currently have 1 Siberian female cat that is dog and cat friendly, and well socialized to children and people. My home has hardwood downstairs and carpet upstairs. I live in a neighborhood with amble green space for walks and fetch for off leash dogs. I do not have a fenced in yard.
“Megan always does a wonderful job walking Cooper when I’m at work! She is very communicative and provides an update about each visit and photos from the walk and/or playtime. She goes above and beyond what is asked of her when needed - today, she arrived to find that Cooper had gotten into the trash and littered it all over the downstairs. Without complaint or me having to ask her, she cleaned all the trash up while I was gone and then let me know what had taken place. This is just another one of many reasons I would highly recommend Megan if you’re ever in need of her services!”
“Austin and Morgan are fantastic! We truly feel our dogs are so cared for with them. Great communication and they make sure to keep us up to date with any updates along the way, we are so thankful!”

About: I am excited to help take care of your pet with walks, visits, and house sitting! As a cat mom, I’ve loved taking care of pets and spending time with them. During undergrad, I’ve helped a family friend with their new dog through walks and play. I’ve helped my close friends by watching family dogs and cats as well. I am currently in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Masters program at NC State! My classes are usually between 4pm-7:30pm, so I’m available in the mornings and afternoons for pet sitting! As a cat mom myself, I will work around my pet schedule to help out yours. Whenever I’m at a pet’s home, I make sure to greet them and follow the necessary steps in their care! I make sure to show them some love and affection while I visit.

About: I have been petsitting and dog walking my neighborhood pets for several years and had the privilege to work as a research technician who helped in husbandry at UNC Chapel Hills Division of Comparative Medicine canine unit. I love making new furry friends and gaining experience to help my pre-veterinary journey as a college student! I am available every day of the week starting June 30th seeing that i am home for the summer from college. I am available during the hours of 8am-8pm and am interested in house sitting. I have a fenced yard for my dog to keep them from getting out and my cat is an inside cat who stay in the upstairs bedrooms
“Alexandra looked after my dog and cat while I was away on a work trip. She was always quick with replies and attentive to my dog’s needs while walking her in the hot weather! She was flexible with scheduling the initial meet and greet, pet visits, and took good care of my pets! Will hope to use her services again when needed in the future.”
About: I have had several pets my whole life, though for the last several years I have been soley responsibly for my own dogs, including a dashing senior citizen. I currently live with a puppy that I am helping to raise and train. At the time of writing, I do no not have anything else going on, giving me plenty of time to dedicate to your baby/ies! My only exemption is Monday, though every other day I am free at all hours of the day. Though I no longer live with a fenced yard, I am well versed in helping a dog (aged from puppy to senior) outside to go potty, as well as taking on walks to provide that time. I am comfortable with crate training as well as feeding routines, adaptable to whatever works best to get that pup to eat.
About: Animals have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember, and I wouldn't have it any other way! I spent 4 years working at a doggie daycare, where I gained hands-on experience managing dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I also regularly volunteer at my local animal shelter, walking dogs and socializing cats, so I'm comfortable with animals that need a little extra patience and TLC. At home, my family and I care for a zoo of a household: 3 dogs, 3 cats, a sun conure, and multiple fish. Pets aren't just a job for me, they're part of daily life, and I treat every animal in my care like one of my own. Whether your pet needs structured activity, gentle companionship, or just someone who just truly gets animals, I've got them covered. I'd love to meet your furry (or feathered!) family member! I currently work part time, which means pet care fits naturally and comfortably into my day. I have plenty of flexibility to give your pet the attention, routine, and one-on-one time they deserve ,never rushed, never an afterthought. I treat every home I enter with the same care and respect I'd want for my own. When I leave, everything is exactly as I found it, tidy, fresh, and mess-free. My goal is simple: you come home to a clean space and a happy, relaxed pet, with complete peace of mind that they were loved and well looked after while you were away.

Brianna was a lifesaver! Stepped up last minute on a holiday and was amazing with my pups. She went above and beyond and treated all 4 of my animals with love and care and was extremely respectful of my home. I will be definitely booking her again and would recommend her to anyone.

Adreanna was great! She took excellent care of Tonto and was very easy to work with throughout the entire booking. I never had to reach out or worry about anything, and I always felt confident that Tonto was in good hands. For anyone with a senior dog, I highly recommend. I’m sure she’s great with all dogs as well. I would absolutely book with her again.

Yanke has been wonderful with our big anxious boy! He was a late Covid puppy and did not get much out of the house socializing. she has been great at handling him and he seems to really enjoy his walks with her! He does not like most people and is dog reactive. She has been able to handle him on walks no problem.

I’ve had a really great experience with my dog walker. He’s incredibly kind and attentive, and it’s obvious he genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. I have two dogs, and he handles both of them with ease, making sure they’re safe, happy, and well taken care of every time. One thing I really appreciate is that he always sends pictures during or after the walks. It gives me peace of mind knowing they’re doing well and actually enjoying themselves. You can tell he goes the extra mile—not just getting the job done, but making sure my dogs are comfortable and cared for like they’re his own. Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better person to trust with my dogs. Reliable, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about what he does.

Megan always does a wonderful job walking Cooper when I’m at work! She is very communicative and provides an update about each visit and photos from the walk and/or playtime. She goes above and beyond what is asked of her when needed - today, she arrived to find that Cooper had gotten into the trash and littered it all over the downstairs. This is just another one of many reasons I would highly recommend Megan if you’re ever in need of her services!
Sophia has taken excellent care of my dog! She is reliable, prompt, personable, responsible and kind. She follows all of my care instructions to the letter and consistently performs at a very high level. I would not hesitate to work with Sophia and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great walker or sitter.
