About: I’ve had my own dog and cared for him for 12 years. Growing up, we had a family dog that I loved and helped care for as well! I’ve got experience with dogs of all ages and am happy to tailor your pets experience to your desires. I’m happy to provide training, having trained my own dog to the canine good citizen standards, or just reinforce whatever training your pup currently is undergoing. I’ve also had experience watching cats and am happy to provide care for them outside of my home. I am currently working part time and come home at lunch to let dogs out and feed as needed. I live in a quieter neighborhood with safe places to walk and am also happy to take them to many of the locations I take my own dog for longer outings such as Lake Johnson or Lake Raleigh I have a small fenced in back yard where your dog and mine will be regularly let out to sniff and eliminate as needed. My own dog is taken on two long walks a day along with shorter walks to sniff and eliminate but am happy to accommodate what is needed for your dogs specific needs. Dogs are allowed on the bed and furniture and I can accommodate a dog that is crated. I do sleep upstairs as my place is two floors, but if your dog is uncomfortable going up stairs, I can stay on the first floor with them.

About: I’ve been caring for pets on and off since high school. In the summer of 2023, I helped my neighbor walk two dogs regularly—an older Golden Retriever and a young Pomeranian. I’ve also walked a large Standard Poodle and have experience with dogs of different sizes and energy levels. Some friends have trusted me with pet-sitting at my home; the longest stay was nine days, caring for a medium-sized Poodle and a small mixed breed dog. I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable in a new environment. In the past, I also raised a rescued orange tabby cat from kittenhood. He was with us for many years and remains a very special part of my life. I currently work part-time on weekdays and have flexible availability after 5 PM. Right now, I offer dog walking or cat care—this includes feeding, cleaning litter boxes, and giving your pets plenty of love and attention. I’m not offering boarding services at the moment, but I’m happy to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always respect their space and routines. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, energy level, and preferences. Whether it’s a shy cat or an energetic dog, I make sure they feel safe and loved while their humans are away. I’m also happy to hear about any special notes or things I should be aware of regarding your pet.

About: I worked as a veterinary technician for three years and have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs. I grew up with cats and recently cared for my own dog for 15 wonderful years, so I understand how important gentle, attentive, and loving care is. I work from home so my schedule is flexible. I treat every animal as if they were my own and always prioritize comfort, safety, and happiness I work from home which allows me plenty of free time along with flexibility to be able to focus on your pets and meet their needs. I live in a clean, dog-friendly apartment and always make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and at home. I follow routines closely and provide constant supervision.

About: I worked at an animal hospital for 4 years as a vet assistant. I have my Bachelors and Masters in Animal Science from NC State. I love all animals! I have had many pets in my life including dogs, cats, fish, gerbils, etc. I currently work 8-5 on weekdays, but I am free to check in on pets before or after work and I am free on the weekends! I take care of other people’s pets as if they are my own. I know how important it is to have proper and trustworthy pet care as these animals are someone’s fur baby! I make sure that pets are comfortable and are as happy as can be!

About: I’ve been around and cared for dogs for years, including my own two dogs with very different sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable with puppies, larger dogs, feeding routines, walks, playtime, basic training reinforcement, and giving lots of attention and affection. As a teacher, I’m patient, dependable, organized, and used to following routines and specific instructions. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, so I’ll always treat them like they’re my own and keep you updated while they’re with me! During the school year, I work as a teacher, so I’m primarily available in the afternoons, evenings, weekends, and on school breaks. I’m happy to work pet care into my routine for walks, drop-ins, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention. My schedule can vary, so I’m always happy to communicate with pet parents ahead of time to make sure I can meet their pet’s needs. I have two friendly dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe and comfortable while you’re away. My apartment community has a dog park for convenient outdoor and play time, and with owner permission, I also enjoy taking dogs to larger parks like Dorothea Dix and Lake Benson. I always follow each pet’s normal routine, personality, and comfort level. During boarding, your pet will get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and love, along with pictures and updates throughout their stay!

About: Growing up, my family always had at least 7 pets. I’ve taken care of 4 dogs of my own through puppy to senior years and have been the neighborhood pet sitter for 8 years. After June 30, I’ve got a free summer before I return to college in the fall. I have pretty much full availability as long as I have a heads up! I understand how important it is for animals to feel safe and to be paid attention to. I love animals and care for them thoroughly with patience.
