Not only was she prompt each and every visit, my grand dog, who barks continually at people she doesn’t know, actually didn’t bark every time she came, and even began to feel comfortable enough to play with her toys. My super shy senior dog also seemed very happy from the pictures I got and I think my other dog was ready just to go home with her! I got detailed reports of pertinent happenings, ie fireworks going off on Christmas night which scared them, and really cute pictures of what they were doing. She was also very comfortable with my house alarm system and didn’t seem scared to operate it like so many other people I have had watch my dogs. About: I've always wanted a dog but haven't been able to make the full commitment. Pet sitting allows me to get my puppy fix while balancing work and home life. I have a hybrid work schedule but can usually flex and stay home. If I do have to go in, my fiance is a remote worker, so our puppies are never home alone. I try to make the dogs I care for as comfortable as possible. I have found that snuggling with them when they are home sick and missing their humans works best. My friends also enjoy all my daily updates. I try to send updates of highlights throughout the stay. That could be us just relaxing on the couch or trying new things. I love the different personalities and quirkiness of each pet.

About: Decades of working as a Project Manager in an agency while raising 2 boys and several dogs means I know the importance of organization and reliability. I understand the value of keeping to a set schedule and bringing order to chaos. I have knowledge of different dog breeds and their unique needs allowing me to handle a variety of temperaments and energy levels. (Did I mention that all of our dogs have been some kind of Terrier or rescue which equals unknown baggage, crazy, energetic and FUN) After 30+ years, I ditched the agency rigor in search of joy and fulfillment. Now I am available for walks and wags most days. I can offer versatile walking, feeding and play times, including last-minute bookings with evening and weekend availability to accommodate busy doggo moms and dads. I prefer to hang with your babies in their own environment versus bringing them to mine. I always assume it's more comforting for them to be at home with their beds, blankies, toys and stuffies. Crate or couch, whichever works for your family, works for me. You can be assured that I will provide status updates (you can take the girl out of project management ...) and photos of your pets so you can take comfort in knowing that they are being well cared for.

About: I have had much experience with pets my whole life. Growing up I always had pets in the house. If there is anything wrong with the pet I will gladly be able to take them to the vet. I have volunteered at animal shelters to help get dogs adopted. Dogs bring me so much joy and are fun to be around. Even when I am a little stressed with homework. I love animals so much. It gives me such joy playing both inside and outside with dogs. I hope that by throwing the ball and playing fetch with each and every dog I will grow to love dogs even more. You know what they say "a dog is a man's best friend", and I truly believe that.
