About: I grew up with labs and retrievers but now live alone with my 2 cats (who are pretty much used to dogs, but still wary of them). I watch peoples dogs and foster with Saving Grace when I can so have experience with a wide range of dogs. I am an engineer but am taking time off from that job. One favorite thing to do with a dog I watch is taking them to my building’s fenced in private dog walk and playing fetch! I have a large dog crate if that is better for sitting/boarding but only if that is part of their normal routine. Pets are allowed on the furniture (also if normal) and since I have pets already, I have extra water around the apartment. Since I’m used to hosting dogs, I’m good at “cat proofing” the apartment and my unit has a good layout to separate the cats and the visiting pet if needed. I choose how to take out any dog based on their personality: dog walk at my apartment building, walks, local dog park, hikes, etc. I also have plenty of dog toys.

I’m available to stay over weekdays and weekends so long as my schedule is available. My job will be requiring me to be in office throughout the week for the next few months, however location depending, I can provide midday potty breaks during my “lunch” hour. I’m more of a night owl than early riser, but I can accommodate most routines for your pet so long as it’s not earlier than 7AM. Since I frequently travel locally for work, I apologize for not being able to always accommodate bookings with under 2 weeks notice. I currently have 1 Siberian female cat that is dog and cat friendly, and well socialized to children and people. My home has hardwood downstairs and carpet upstairs. I live in a neighborhood with amble green space for walks and fetch for off leash dogs. I do not have a fenced in yard.

She has a wonderful backyard and thoughtfully puts pups with other pups of similar temperament to play together :) Paige sent us several photos and videos of our dog playing which we enjoyed while we were away. She was super easy to communicate with and made us feel at ease while we were out of town.”

“Tivo had an amazing stay with Caroline and Honey. She had in info form to fill out ahead of time and we did a meet and greet with the dogs, so I felt super comfortable leaving Tivo with her. Caroline is so professional and easy to work with, and it’s very clear she is dedicated to taking great care of the pets she watches. She even made a paw print Christmas ornament with Tivo since she was watching him over the holidays. Cannot recommend her highly enough!”
