If you are considering Carlita as your pet sitter, please look elsewhere. My senior girl was returned from her weeklong stay covered in dried fecal material and with open wounds on the bottom of all four paws. She also developed diarrhea during her stay, which Carlita ultimately blamed me for despite the fact that my dog has not had diarrhea at the sitter in several years. There were also several discrepancies between what I was told at the meet & greet and the care my dog actually received during her stay. I ended up having a family member pick her up early because I was so concerned about her. I was never informed about the paw wounds, which I discovered the evening after pick up. Rover issued me a refund following my report, but the experience my dog had cannot be undone. I have had good experiences with other Rover sitters in the past, but I cannot in good conscience recommend Carlita to other pet parents given the condition my baby was returned in.

Carlita was amazing and took such good care of my baby. She was so attentive and sent multiple updates with pictures. I definitely will be keeping her in my rotation of sitters from now on. Thank you so much!
