My house has a medium fenced in area but I have lots of experience with walking dogs on a leash or sitting outside and just hanging out while they do they’re thing and keeping an eye on them while they do it.

I have no issue working with the outcast dogs. The ones that most are nervous to meet and try to bond with are the ones my heart always leads me to. I have a bunch of rescues in my pack so knowing the body language of a dog definitely comes in handy.

I have a pack of my own so I am definitely used to having to keep everyone happy and safe. I’m aware of the signs of over active and under active so you’re dogs will be safe no matter how calm or how wild they may be.

Hey y’all!! My name is Makayla, I’m from Raleigh NC and at a very young age I decided to devote my life to dogs and have been involved with dogs my entire life. I am currently 27 years old chasing the dream of running my own rescue and training facility. I would absolutely love the opportunity to love your pet as much as I love mine so you can enjoy your work day and not worry about your fur baby having to use the restroom or eat/drink. This was my first time using Makayla, and Rover, and I was not disappointed. My dog George can be a special case and sometimes takes time to warm up to certain people but he loved Makayla at first sight! She was very detailed, thorough, listened and followed my notes regarding George’s care and had great communication and sent plenty of photos and details about his day. After a day my anxiety of leaving him with a stranger was eased and I was able to enjoy my vacation because I knew I left him In great hands. I will definitely be using her next time and am so grateful we found someone we could trust to love on my baby as we would have.
Makayla was very thoughtful with her daily pictures and reports. I felt completely comfortable and confident with my dog being in her care. I really appreciate her factoring in temperature and other environmental factors to make sure my senior guy stayed safe.
Thank you for taking such good care of Whisky!! And sending all the pics and videos!! He was having a great time!!
Super communicative with photos and video updates, and clearly cares a ton about every dog she meets!
