About: I am able to provide puppy training if needed. I can provide walks multiple times a day if needed. I have cared for dogs since childhood and college. About: I've had dogs and cats as pets my entire life, from a small Yorkie mix up to a German Shepherd, and have petsat for neighbors since I was a kid. I've taken many training courses for my dog's own care. If your pet has any special needs I'm experienced with that too. For walks, I'm more than happy to go at your dog's pace, whether they'd prefer to go on runs or slow walks. If there's a park nearby they particularly enjoy, or a hiking trail they love, we can do that too! I'm active and will do my best to bring back a happy and relaxed dog. If you're gone for a few days, I can also bring in mail, water your lawn, or any other every day maintenance you need. I hope to hear from you! I'm currently working part-time from home, so I have a flexible schedule for spending time with your pet! I have 3 cats, a leopard gecko, and a childhood dog. I enjoy playing with them all, teaching them new tricks, and going on regular walks. I have been surrounded by small, easy, chill dogs as well as more high-energy, needy dogs such as my family's current puppy, Finn, who is a border collie with lots of fun energy! Additionally, I have experience helping out at home in my neighborhood, walking and playing with multiple dogs, and taking care of their needs while their owners are away (feeding, walking, making sure they are good for the night). About: I’m currently a 19 year old undergraduate student working towards a biology degree with intentions of applying to veterinary school. I grew up in a household full of animals ranging from cats/dogs to frogs and rats. I have a lot of experience taking care of big/small dogs, cats, hamsters, gerbils, rats, and fish. I am also experienced with taking care of many pets at once in a single household as my house always had at least 2 dogs and 2 cats at a time. I have not had the opportunity to take care of animals like insects and reptiles, but I am very open and willing to learn how to do so. I pet sit regularly for my parents and for friends/acquaintances. I am experienced at accommodating the specific medical requirements that are needed for some animals like oral medication, special food, and topical creams. I am also experienced with adapting to the specific quirks and routines that all different pets/households require. I have a lot of experience looking after pets, but I also have experience with looking after houseplants too (I have many of my own). My friends and family know I will always be happy to look after any of their plants when they go on trips. Summer Availability 6/13/22 through 8/26/22 Winter Availability 11/28/22 through 12/30/22 I am home from college for my summer and winter breaks and I've included the dates for 2022. I work every weekday but I am available to do check-ins and walks before and after those shifts, and I am available to do overnight sitting jobs any day of the week as well. I also house/plant sit and I can take care of other pets you may have like ferrets or fish. During check-ins(typically 2x a day) and night stays I can feed, walk, play with, and spend time with your pets. I can administer oral medication if needed, and I can take care of any other plants/pets you may have like a hamster or fish. The more pets the merrier too, I'm very used to multitasking when it comes to pet care and play.
