About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats my whole life whether that be my own, staying with other people’s pets, dog walking, etc. As much as I love dogs, I am a cat person. I pay attention to detail and what the animal needs. I’m currently working part time, so I have a lot of weekend availability. Weekend nights are a perfect fit for me to stay overnight and petsit. My dogs and cats in my home are each very unique behaviorally. My oldest dog, Wesley, is reactive and we have had to do extensive training and redirection with him. For example, I give him his Prozac every day and make sure that not only is he physically tired, but also mentally. My dogs each get 30+ minute walks a night as well as a morning stretch and plenty of yard time. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
