About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities—from energetic puppies to senior pets—and started helping care for family pets around age 10. For the past 5 years, I’ve worked as a veterinary technician and was recently certified. My experience includes both emergency and general practice with small animals, along with some experience caring for exotic pets. This background has given me experience recognizing changes in behavior, administering medications, following medical instructions, and helping pets feel comfortable in new or stressful situations. In addition to working in veterinary medicine, my roommate and I have been fostering animals for the past 2 years through a local rescue. Fostering has allowed me to work with pets from many different backgrounds, personalities, and comfort levels while helping them adjust to new environments and build confidence. It’s been incredibly rewarding to help provide a safe, loving space while they wait to find their forever homes. One thing I take pride in is building trust with animals. Some pets warm up immediately and others need more time—and I’m happy to meet them where they are. I focus on making each pet feel safe, respected, and cared for at their own pace. When caring for your pet, I treat them like my own and make it a priority to follow your routine and preferences closely. Whether that means maintaining feeding schedules, medication routines, exercise needs, or simply keeping things familiar and comfortable, I aim to provide reliable, personalized care. I’d love the opportunity to get to know you and your pet and provide care you can feel confident in while you’re away. I currently work at an animal clinic in Holly Springs 4 days per week (typically 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, schedule may vary slightly). My lunch break is one hour (usually 1–2 PM or 2–3 PM), which allows flexibility for midday potty breaks and check-ins. Depending on your pet’s needs and comfort level, I may be able to: • Bring your dog with me to work (they would remain safely kenneled while I’m working and receive up to 3 potty breaks during my shift) • Stop by your home during my lunch break if you’re located within ~15 minutes of my workplace • Coordinate care plans ahead of time to make sure your pet’s routine is maintained Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, going on adventures with my own pup, and making sure pets in my care get quality attention, enrichment, and exercise. Your pet’s comfort and safety are my priority. Every animal is different, and I adjust my approach based on their personality and needs. If your dog is social and excited to meet new people, we’ll jump right into playtime, walks, and building trust. If your pet is more reserved or nervous, I’ll move at their pace and give them time and space to feel comfortable. I believe in creating positive experiences and respecting each pet’s boundaries. With my experience working in veterinary medicine, I’m comfortable monitoring behavior, recognizing changes, and following care instructions closely.

About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10, but been around dogs and cats since I was born. Neighbors, friends, and family have been able to rely on me to walk, feed, and care for their pets when they cannot. I also took many animal care classes in college while debating vet school and have volunteered at animal shelters on and off since I was a teenager. My current routine is flexible and mostly revolves around my kid's schedule. I've only recently left my job of 12 years for personal reasons so I have plenty of time to love on your pets! I adore animals and treat any that I'm caring for like they're my own pet. I want to make sure they're comfortable, treated well, and loved.

About: I have taken care of many jobs over the past couple of years. From my very loved family dog to many of my neighbors jobs. I have slept over at houses with animals, taken dogs on walks during the day, or just gone over to give some love when the owners are gone for long periods of time. I have always been an avid dog lover and now that I am living in an apartment that does not allow animals; I am missing my family dog very much. I would love to just get some puppy love for a bit every once and a while. I am currently working a full time 9-5 job that is in person in Wilmington. For older dogs who can be alone longer I would be happy to walk them before and after work. Any younger dogs that need faster check ins, I would be able to take care of better on the weekends. My dog is another family member to me, he is always treated with the best care and love. There aren't enough kisses and hugs I could give him in this life. I would be happy to treat any other dog the same.

I have one dog of my own and 3 cats. I promise to care for your babies the same way that I do mine! I work full time but I have a really flexible schedule so I’m typically available for taking care of your loved pets! Typically available for after work with night time or dinner visits! I am a teacher, a dog and cat owner myself. I am reliable, honest and kind to every person and animal big or small. I’m a teacher who has open summers. I can come morning, afternoon, or night. I have my own dog and cats that I care for on a daily basis and I would treat your animals just like I would my own. I have a fenced yard with a very friendly, spayed Dalmatian named Blue. About: I have taken care of many different dogs since I was 13 years old while also having at least 2 dogs of my own most of my life. I currently have a 5 year old lab mix while also having a 13 year old and 4 month old lab mix’s living with me. This means I’m very experienced with puppies (including frequent potty breaks) and senior dogs who may have medications or stress/anxiety. I’m currently a teacher and will be out for the summer from end of May until the middle of August. This means that I will have lots of time to care and play with your pups or hang out with your cats! I offer dog walking, house sitting, and drop in visits. While I don’t offer sitting at my home, I understand the importance of keeping your dog safe whether that is a fenced in yard or walks daily for potty breaks. I can easily crate your dog if needed. If your pups have stress or anxiety, I know how to deal with it because of my own pups.
