About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities—from energetic puppies to senior pets—and started helping care for family pets around age 10. For the past 5 years, I’ve worked as a veterinary technician and was recently certified. My experience includes both emergency and general practice with small animals, along with some experience caring for exotic pets. Depending on your pet’s needs and comfort level, I may be able to: • Bring your dog with me to work (they would remain safely kenneled while I’m working and receive up to 3 potty breaks during my shift) • Stop by your home during my lunch break if you’re located within ~15 minutes of my workplace • Coordinate care plans ahead of time to make sure your pet’s routine is maintained Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, going on adventures with my own pup, and making sure pets in my care get quality attention, enrichment, and exercise. About: Grew up with parents who were groomers and breeders. I went to school to major as a veterinarian due to my love animals, and even though life, I find myself forever engulfed by the love of these furry creatures. Dogs to wolves, house cats to bobcats, ferret buddies, birds, hamsters and more. There’s care for them all. I manage well🙂. I have plenty of days where I find myself very free and available. A little companionship never heard us. Sometimes I need to take a walk and there’s a room for company. I’m a little sit down with friends never hurt. As the fur parent sees fit. About: I have been doing Rover since 2020- I have always been a dog person and a house without a dog doesn't feel the same. I have trained my dog on my own to be off leash, commands and tricks. Marley listens very well and is titled as our family's best dog. I often watch my family, friends and neighbors dogs while away as well as drop ins/walks. I currently working from home, full-time and my job is very flexible so i’m able to work with you and your schedule needs. I have plenty of time to play, walk and give attention to your pet. Our dog Marley would also love the company. I do have a large and medium crate so I can easily crate your dog if needed so you don’t have to bring yours. We have a large unfenced back yard, also a long leash in the back yard for sun bathing, playtime and a large area to go for walks! Personally, my dog will not use the bathroom in the backyard on the leash, only while on a walk so walks are very important in our caretaking! If you send a request it makes our availability for that time not available for other owners needing care, so please let me know if plans change or you no longer need the booking. About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10, but been around dogs and cats since I was born. Neighbors, friends, and family have been able to rely on me to walk, feed, and care for their pets when they cannot. I also took many animal care classes in college while debating vet school and have volunteered at animal shelters on and off since I was a teenager. My current routine is flexible and mostly revolves around my kid's schedule. I've only recently left my job of 12 years for personal reasons so I have plenty of time to love on your pets! About: I have taken care of many jobs over the past couple of years. From my very loved family dog to many of my neighbors jobs. I have slept over at houses with animals, taken dogs on walks during the day, or just gone over to give some love when the owners are gone for long periods of time. I have always been an avid dog lover and now that I am living in an apartment that does not allow animals; I am missing my family dog very much. I would love to just get some puppy love for a bit every once and a while. I am currently working a full time 9-5 job that is in person in Wilmington. For older dogs who can be alone longer I would be happy to walk them before and after work. Any younger dogs that need faster check ins, I would be able to take care of better on the weekends. She adheres to all of my Zoe’s special needs (pj’s at night are a must, her food must be warmed, and she has some medications) and ensures her comfort and safety. “Kelly was awesome! This was my first time boarding my dog Finn with her. We had just recently moved to the area but still needed to take care of a lot of things out of town. Kelly was able to do a meet and greet with us beforehand and it went great. She has a huge fenced in yard for all the dogs to roam around in and play, and Finn fit in well with her and her dogs. During Finn's actual stay, he got comfortable in her home and made new friends with both the resident and visiting dogs. Kelly made sure to send me pictures and videos throughout his stay too, which I very much appreciated. It was obvious to me that Finn was well taken care of and that Kelly genuinely loves all the dogs in her care. She was also very accommodating with the drop off and pick up times. This was the longest we’ve ever been away from her, so we were nervous at first, but George made us feel at ease from day one. He consistently sent thoughtful updates with lots of photos and videos, along with detailed messages that helped us feel connected to Lola while we were away. He was proactive about asking questions instead of making assumptions, which showed how much he genuinely cared about doing things the right way. When an unexpected situation arose, George handled it with incredible calm, responsibility, and professionalism. He was proactive and immediately kept us informed every step of the way, followed our vet’s care instructions carefully, rearranged his evening, stayed up late to make sure Lola was comfortable, and truly went above and beyond to care for her. About: I’m a parent of a ragdoll. Equip of taking medicine, nail clipping, paw trimming and cat washing. I also have a pet dryer set up for her.0 I’m currently working from home full time so I’m very flexible with schedules. I’m very easy going so just communicate and there’s nothing we can’t figure out. I have all wooded floor in the first floor solely for stay over dogs to keep them comfort and stay away from cats if needed, same situation for cats if needed.
