“Ellen has been so helpful with Milo. Most of our bookings have been last minute and she has been very accommodating. She takes plenty of pictures and Milo is a very happy pup when I get home. She is our go to walker!”

“Adreanna was absolutely amazing with our dog. She was very attentive and provided a detailed over view of everything that was going on, leaving us without any questions or worry. 12/10.”

“I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sophia! She helped me out last minute, was quick to respond, and treated my dog Tiko like her own. He came back happy, calm, and well cared for. Communication is great. Highly recommend!!”

About: Hi! I’m a 30-year-old animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Whether it’s a high-energy pup who needs long walks and playtime or a shy cat who prefers a calm, gentle approach, I’m comfortable meeting each pet’s unique needs. I’m reliable, patient, and attentive, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. I have experience with feeding routines, administering basic medications, cleaning litter boxes, and maintaining a safe, stress-free environment while you’re away. I also understand how important communication is, so I’m happy to send regular updates, photos, and check-ins for peace of mind. My goal is to make sure your pets feel comfortable, cared for, and loved while you’re gone—and that you can relax knowing they’re in good hands. I’d love to meet you and your furry family! I work as a teacher during the week, and I’m always looking for opportunities to meet new people and animals. Plus a little extra money aside from teaching is always nice (teacher salary, ya know). If my profile speaks to you please do not hesitate to schedule with me, and I will do my best to work with your schedule! I will leave the clients home in the same condition that I found it, returning everything back to where it belongs. I will ensure the pet has everything they need before leaving the clients home.
About: I have been a pet sitter on Wag for over a year now and I absolutely love it. I have pet sat for over 35 clients including walks and at home sits. I have several years of experience pet sitting for friends and family and am a current pet owner myself. I own two dogs, one of which is a puppy. I have experience caring for puppies and elderly dogs in my own home and pet sitting. I also have experience working with cats and have previously owned a kitty myself. I am a college student just looking to work with my favorite animals! I absolutely adore dogs and cats and want to spend every free minute I have with them. I usually do most of my sitting on the weekends and afternoons/evenings, basically anytime I’m not in class. I have a very high energy puppy so I have lots of experience with play time and getting wiggles out. I love to stay active and always enjoy a good walk as well. I am comfortable feeding, giving medicine, crating, and cuddling with of course. I also have worked with very timid dogs and understand the importance of slow introductions and treats to help dogs feel more comfortable.
About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, family and strangers have trusted me with their pets because of my love for them and my thorough, responsible, and honest nature. I love hanging out with animals as much as I can and I would love to take care of your pets! I work about 30 hours a week and supplement the rest of the money I need through alternative practices. My shifts at my job are 5 hours on average. Besides my job, I am very flexible. I will make sure your pet stays safe by taking whatever precautions are needed. I will carefully follow instructions when needed. I can send photos, videos, and message updates as often as desired. I will make sure your pet gets as much love and play as they want if they want it, too!
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I have done pet training which included house training, basic commands (i.e. sit, stay, come), and tricks (i.e. roll over, play dead, circle, beg). My mom was a dog handler and I’ve been lucky to have learned how to handle various unique training or walking routines. I have also watched cats for extended periods of time as well as having 2 in my home previously. I recently adopted a Siberian cat that’s dog and cat friendly as well. From playing, to cuddling, to watching birds out the window together, to bathing (willing and unwilling), I’ve done it all. If your cat is lead friendly, I can also take them on walks. I can bath, feed, train, and exercise most all dogs. I am a quick and independent learner with a passion for working with animals. I’m available to stay over weekdays and weekends so long as my schedule is available. My job will be requiring me to be in office throughout the week for the next few months, however location depending, I can provide midday potty breaks during my “lunch” hour. I’m more of a night owl than early riser, but I can accommodate most routines for your pet so long as it’s not earlier than 7AM. Since I frequently travel locally for work, I apologize for not being able to always accommodate bookings with under 2 weeks notice. I currently have 1 Siberian female cat that is dog and cat friendly, and well socialized to children and people. My home has hardwood downstairs and carpet upstairs. I live in a neighborhood with amble green space for walks and fetch for off leash dogs. I do not have a fenced in yard.

I live in an apartment complex. I’m walkable to several great parks nearby and would be happy to spend some time there with your dog :)
“Aubri was very friendly and attentive! We booked her for two last minute walks and she was able to come for a meet and greet a day after inquiring. She was able to wrangle out two goldens and walk them for 30 minutes no problem. She even braved a walk on a very rainy day! Would definitely recommend Aubri and will book again!”

“This was the 3rd (or 4th?) Time we've booked with Nicole. She's always easy to work with, timely, and send lots of pictures. She's always our first choice!”

“Katie was super prompt and Harvey warmed up to her instantly. It’s clear she has a natural love for animals. Harvey came back from his walk exhausted. Thank you Katie, can’t wait to book with you again!!!”

West Raleigh dog parents share their Rover experiences
Beverly goes above and beyond in every way and she made my transition back to using Rover the most incredible experience that I did not expect. I say this at the risk of losing availability for my favorite pet caretaker EVER, but you are crazy if you’re not booking with Beverly! There will never be someone better to stand in for you to love and care for your pets while you’re away. Thank you endlessly for what you for my little farm!! 🥹♥️

Lauren was absolutely amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog. I booked her for a 30-minute walk every day around noon, and I told her I was very flexible with timing. She was always reliable and showed up when scheduled, but what really stood out to me was how much she genuinely cared about my puppy. Even though the walks were booked for 30 minutes, she constantly went above and beyond. Whether it was an extra minute, five minutes, or even ten, she never seemed rushed and truly spent quality time with my dog. After every walk, I didn’t just get one quick picture. I would get several adorable photos along with detailed updates about everything they did. She would let me know about their walk, any interactions they had, and even small thoughtful things like cleaning out his water bowl. You can tell Lauren is not just doing this as a job. She genuinely loves dogs and enjoys spending time with them. That kind of care, attention, and thoughtfulness is rare, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing my puppy was in such good hands. I’m so grateful for her and will absolutely book with her again!

I’ve had a really great experience with my dog walker. He’s incredibly kind and attentive, and it’s obvious he genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. I have two dogs, and he handles both of them with ease, making sure they’re safe, happy, and well taken care of every time. One thing I really appreciate is that he always sends pictures during or after the walks. It gives me peace of mind knowing they’re doing well and actually enjoying themselves. You can tell he goes the extra mile—not just getting the job done, but making sure my dogs are comfortable and cared for like they’re his own. Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better person to trust with my dogs. Reliable, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about what he does.

Sophia has taken excellent care of my dog! She is reliable, prompt, personable, responsible and kind. She follows all of my care instructions to the letter and consistently performs at a very high level. I would not hesitate to work with Sophia and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great walker or sitter.

Jenna has been absolutely amazing! My dog can be intimidating to most, but she was confident and kind from the moment they met. Now my pup adores her and gets excited for their walks. We’re so grateful to have found someone we trust completely. Highly recommend! 🐾
