Everything from getting holly to their home (Tori last minute offered to pick Holly Up and this was a godsend because our trip was last minute and we were trying to coordinate many other things) to start her visit to pick up and updates in between were great. Her sons are very gentle and natural animal lovers so that was not any concern even though our dog generally prefers calm environments. About: Growing up, I learned how to take care of pets with many different needs (a family dog with cancer that required oral medications multiple times a day, a blind senior dog that reached 19 years and needed daily IV drips and guidance to use the bathroom, administered insulin injections to a diabetic cat). “Cristhian and Katty took such good care of my Tino, he even missed them when he got home. He behaved so well for them because they were so loving with him. They took him out with them and really listened and cared about what Tino does and doesn’t like. They spoiled my baby rotten in the week he was with them! Their ShihTzu Pacho is very mild mannered and tolerant and is super sweet ! I will absolutely be rebooking with them any time I need a sitter.”
