Deb P.

“Debbie has been such a blessing to our family during our first year with our puppy! She genuinely loves and cares for both of our dogs, even though her primary focus has been the younger one. Her reliability and commitment have been stellar. We are so grateful for her services and heart for animals!”

Rebecca D.

“Rebecca did great with our labs! They are old and need some extra attention. She is very responsive to messages and sent great photos on their walk! Will definitely be scheduling her again :)”

Hailey V.

“Does great with both of my dogs! They seem to love her. They are able to get a good walk and potty break in during my long days out of town.”

Daniela G.
“I LOVED having Daniela take care of my cat, Shadow! She sent me pictures and updates while I was away. Shadow loves her and that says a lot because Shadow is a cat and is very picky on who she lets pet her. Daniela is easy to work with and really cares about the animals she is looking after. She will always be my first choice!”

Alix W.
About: Hi all! My name is Alix and I have 5 months of experience with a local doggie daycare and am now branching out to Rover! I have experience with managing dogs of all breeds, large and small, and all ages, including seniors and puppies. I am certified in dog CPR and trained in emergency medical care for dogs. I am a lifelong animal lover and am passionate about animal care. I am knowledgeable in dog behavior and body language. I really enjoy working with dogs as individuals and getting to know their unique needs/cues/drives directly, because as we know, every dog is different! I have wide availability at the moment and am happy to accommodate most days in a week. I have occasional doctors appointments about once every 1-3 months, but aside from this, I am highly flexible. When you allow a stranger into your home and trust them with your pet, it can be nerve-wracking! My goal is to make you and your pets feel as comfortable with me as possible, as I understand how precious our fur babies are! When I am in your home, I will observe and get to know your animals directly, which helps me to adapt my approach to ensure your high energy dogs have plenty of playtime, enrichment activities, and walks to tire them out and your low energy dogs have plenty of snuggle/nap time! Every dog will have their own unique needs; know that I am happy to accommodate and care for your furry friend in whatever way is best for your family!

Katie C.
“Katie takes great care of my dog and cats! She is very responsible, trustworthy and is very communicative. She even sends pictures of my pets while I am away. I can relax knowing that Katie is an Animal Science student at NCSU, has worked for a vet’s office, and is a certified veterinary assistant. I would recommend Katie to take care of your pets as well!”

Ruth V.
“I am an owner of 2 puppies and have a very busy schedule that keeps me from having the time to do things I enjoy on my free time without feeling guilty just leaving them at home. When I have needed a caregiver for my pups she’s always available and offers such great care and definitely makes me feel good leaving them in a place I know they’ll be taken care of and happy.”

Nikolas W.

Anne H.
“Anne has provided care for my three dogs in my home on multiple occasions. She is conscientious, professional, and genuinely loves taking care of them. She makes sure to provide food and meds as prescribed, cleans up if there's any accidents, and communicates via text and photos to keep you up to date while your animals are in her care. Best of all is she sincerely loves snuggling, playing, and being with your pet.”
